Fantastic
tour
w
Walter,
who
is
an
educated
scholar
in
Greek-Roman
history.
He
is
full
of
stories.
He
even
kept
my
10
and
13
year
olds
interested
for
3
hours.
It
was
quite
amazing.
We
learned
a
valuable
history
lesson.
Definitely
do
this
tour
the
first
thing
you
arrive
in
Athens.
We
went
to
visit
Acropolis
without
a
guide
before
this
tour,
it
was
very
boring
for
the
kids
to
stay
interested
for
the
visit.
You
can
take
a
guide
at
the
gate
of
the
Acropolis,
they
charge
an
insane
amount.
It
is
better
to
do
the
English
tour
w
Walter
and
you
have
an
idea
before
going
to
see
the
Acropolis
or
any
other
ruins
in
detail.
He
has
a
tour
at
10:30
everyday
departing
from
the
square
near
the
flea
market.
Don’t
forget
to
tip
him
well
at
the
end
of
the
tour.
That’s
the
way
the
free
tour
guides
can
actually
survive.
I
was
shocked
some
cheap
tourists
literally
did
a
free
tour
without
giving
any
gratuity.
You
can
save
anywhere,
but
don’t
save
on
a
great
guide
who
is
passionate
about
sharing
his
knowledge.
