Supremely gram-able dishes, a few of which were delicious, such as the rose flounder or steak. But in terms of overall quality, it definitely felt like having to pay a premium for the aesthetic and environment, rather than the food itself. The desserts were particularly a letdown.

Modern French restaurant with very classic deco. Overall, dishes were very good & especially lamb dish was excellent. I usually don’t like lamb due to its unique flavor but this time I could savor it. Presentation was very good and some of the natural wine options were very good, very well matching with food. Great place for a special occasion for couples or family.

We have been to this restaurant twice before it received his Michelin Star and it was already really good. But this time was even better. All was perfect. And we have been suprise by the dessert. Generally in South Korea the dessert is always lacking but this time it was delicious. I truly recommend.

Excellent restaurant! It was the best dinner we had in our visit to S. Korea. Some of the ingredients were their own produce which was great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The desserts were fantastic. They gave us extra cookies as a gift at the end. I highly recommend!

worth every dollar….service and food are impeccable. Make sure you make reservation early enough if you want to go for dinner. Also, wine pairing is outstanding.

5 star all around!! Every dish is tasty, creative and so well presented. They incorporate some local Korean ingredients which is so fun. Service is top notch. Did I mention they let you pick pretty much as many chocolates in the end as you want? I will definitely come back again when they change menu. Highly recommend!!!

Was initially wary of spending a precious day in Seoul on non-Korean food, but this was the best decision ever. This variant of fine dining incorporates Korean influence (both in the food and the service), so you're still very aware you're eating fine dining in Korea. STUNNING experience. It's fine dining without the pretension. Fantastic yet unpredictable flavor medleys. Servers are so so so warm. Food presentation feels like a crafted delightful reveal.

Partner and I had a pretty tough day and we decided to try out this French Korean restaurant we passed by. Absolutely stunning food with beautiful details, incredible hospitality and kind wait staff. All in all, loved the experience, and what we needed- cheered us both up. Thank you all for everything.

What a gem! My husband & I were both impressed by the overall experience - the service was on point, the food was great, the ambiance and decor charming. L’Amant Secret definitely made it to our top all time Michelin starred restaurants. We highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Was in Korea for the first time (from San Francisco) and had only three days to spend in Seoul so I opted to visit L'Amant Secret* and Mingles**. L'Amant Secret was a phenomenal experience. Ambiance was stunning, artsy, a bit boutique-y and romantic. Service was attentive and personable. Flavors were good (proteins were cooked to the right temperature; I've never had cabbage in a dessert before, and when I go out to eat, I optimize for novelty so that was a pleasant surprise) and the dish presentation was beautiful - a lot of attention to detail . Great value for the price point and I did not leave hungry, :). I travel to eat and this has been one of the most memorable Michelin-starred experiences I've had in my 16 years of indulging in fine dining, probably because the chef learned I was from San Francisco (he worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants in SF) and I got the star treatment, ;). Thanks so much, L'Amant Secret and Chef Son Jong-won for the wonderful experience, :D. Wishing you lots of good business, good company and great success!

👍👍 The ginseng chicken here is absolutely delicious even though it isn't exactly friendly to our pockets. If you are in korea, do give it a try. You will not regret travelling down for it.
