Don't trust this hospital. I had very bad experience here. To start with I had only 5 min consultation then they rushed me out to serve next person. I had face lift surgery which honestly wasn't necessary in my opinion but these people don't care. They care only $. My surgery result wasn't visible and I have issues with neck & face muscle. I still cant turn my head cause my neck muscles is tight. This shouldn't have happened. And the doctor is obviously made a mistake. Also I heard this is one of the hospitals where still doesn't have cameras in their surgery rooms because they have ghost/shadow doctors to practice on people. I assume I had ghost/shadow doctor as well since the doctor I picked obviously was very experienced and my surgery was elementary surgery for Korean doctors. If you do get surgery require someone to be there to witness while you're in the surgery room. Search more about ghost/shadow doctors online before you have a surgery.

I actually decided to change my review because with some time to think about it, how aggressive they were about making me leave a Google review really turned me off. Positive points: the customer service via text message is great, efficient and hassle free. They had an English speaking assistant who was kind except the pushiness about the Google review which was surely coming from a higher up.The facilities were really nice and comfortable. Negative points: overpriced. Much more expensive than other clinics for the same services. Also when I was waiting BEFORE I got my treatment the girl helping me was aggressively forcing me to post a positive google review - she even took my phone and gave five stars. I told her I was super uncomfortable with this as I hadn’t even gotten my treatment done yet. As I was leaving another employee was aggressive again with my about leaving a 5 star review. This is actually why I’m leaving a bad review, it was really unprofessional and they were more concerned with the Google review than my comfort. I am now reediting my review 3 weeks later again, now that I have time to see the results. I got several treatments, one being botox (I have been getting botox regularly for the past 5 years so I know what it SHOULD be like) and I don't think they actually gave me any. I was put under general anaesthesia so I can not confirm what was done and not but I can fully move my forehead and have all the wrinkles I am not supposed to have when I move my face. It was way more expensive than other clinics with very bad results. I also spent over 1000 EUR on Ulthera and don't see any difference... I definitely will not go back again.

I only have good things to say about this place. At first I was scared because I didn’t know anybody or the language. But as soon I got to ID Hospital, Irene & Iris made me feel like I was home. The experience is amazing. The treatment is 5 stars and the doctor make you feel safe.

ID Hospital is a SCAM full of Ghost Doctors. I had jaw implant surgery 6 yrs ago. I consulted with Dr. Sang Hoon Park but they let a Junior Doctor operate on me without my knowlegde. Now my face is uneven and one side of my jaw feels uncomfortable. I have learned to live with it. Have you ever wondered how one man can afford this luxury Surgery Hospital sckyscraper by himself? How many surgeries can he perform in a day to pay for the facility? He doesnt operate. He has an army of Junior Doctors with limited experience to experiment on you. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I don't recommend this Hospital to anyone ! I spent a lot of my money went all the way to Korea and thought they do great job ... but I was absolutely wrong they absolutely messed up my face ! I had some plastic surgeries back in 2017 in this hospital, and after surgery my face’s one side is lower and bigger than the other side , And its clearly visible !!!!! also one eyelid is bigger than the other side ! I contacted them so many times and they make excuses ! Last time I contacted them they told me the face lift was only for 10 months .... however I was told it will last for 7 to 10 years ! If they told me its for 10 months , I would not do the surgery Becoz I was only 30 and did not need that surgery For now , They supposed to tell me that the surgery is for older people Not for young people .... !!! I appreciate the environment and kindness amongst the general staff as well as the hospital overall. The results however, fell way below my expectations. The odd part, is that it seems what was discussed and visually shown on both ends is not what ended up being achieved in the end. I reached out with each of the issues I was slowly noticing and eventually they have just begun to ignore me. I feel if someone spends so much money and the results are botched... resolve should be the first answer, not ignoring it and hoping it goes away. But regardless, I am patient and I’ve tried to achieve a resolve with failure but luckily my finance was protected. If you are reading this ID, I still wish for a peaceful resolve. I fully believe that ID does not have ill intentions. A lot of reviews that completely raid on ID negatively I feel are more emotion driven then actual results. As you know, the process and recovery are not easy and only to find out months later... it wasn’t what you expected, I’m sure is an awful experience as I’ve come to find out. Honestly ID is friendly and hospitable in terms of its service and I’m sure the talent is all there... but we are people, not gods, mistakes can and have been made.

It always scares me to go anywhere in Korea cause I don’t know the language but I came here alone and communicated freely.I had a breast augmentation surgery at this amazing place. The service is more than satisfying,I always had a translator and all the stuff members always nice. My surgery went great and it changed my life. If you’re ever thinking of getting any work done, I would recommend ID Hospital 10/10. I’ve had a few plastic surgery procedures done with the top celebrity doctors in Beverly Hills and Miami, and nothing compares to my experience at ID Hospital. The online consultation via WhatsApp was the most informative text conversation I’ve ever had. Usually in America, they are unwilling to share before and after pictures and prices until you pay a consultation fee and book an in person consultation. My online guide, Jessica, spoke perfect English and answered all my questions including before and after pics, incision examples and prices for a whole month up until I landed in Korea for my procedures. Jessica also helped take care of hotel booking and airport pick up so foreigners or people who don’t speak English should not be afraid to travel here for surgery. Once I got to ID, my in person translator, Iris, was fantastic as well. Her English is perfect and she helped translate some medical terms I had trouble understanding. My doctor, Dr Ahn has really kind eyes and such a gentle energy that made me feel so secure in all my choices. He also respected my decision to get work done but still keep some Western preferences and aesthetics. You can tell that he put his ego aside to make his patients feel safe and secure. The ID hospital building is clean, modern and luxurious. The building has 16 floors, each dedicated to its own function, it’s absolutely a full service experience. The whole process was so efficient and you can really tell every single employee is an expert at what they do. I am 100% going to come back for more work done in the future and can’t wait to introduce my American friends to the ID Hospital experience.

I had v-line surgery before in 2020 & it was good. However, a year later I came back and got a nose job and ptosis correction with double eyelid revision in 2023 & I have no faith right now. It seems like they gave me a doctor that didn’t know what he was doing. My nose is nothing like what I asked for, I even showed pictures and asked if he can do it. But no, im left with a nose that is worse than my previous nose. I asked for a shorter tilted tip and I have a long nose now, no idea what he didn’t understand when we had 2 translator in the room. And my eyelids are uneven. Are you kidding me? This is how you perform surgery!? For the price you charge you should have better doctor! You charge so much for such horrible results and bad doctor. I am never recommending this hospital to anyone. Disappointed is not even the word I have right now.

Had my surgeries at ID Hospital this winter. Everything is in-house so you have access to everything you need in one building; from your very first consultation to your recovery after surgery. The building is very clean and modern so you do not feel like you are in a hospital, which is a plus. They have excellent translation service and the staff will be with you all the time to help and assist you. During the consultations, they really try to listen to your concerns and try to find realistic solutions to whatever concerns you might have (this might include suggesting other procedures for better and longer lasting results or recommending not getting certain surgeries done if your skin quality, age, etc... is not best suitable for them). It really helps to go into your consultations with lots of questions and the staff and doctors are more than willing to answer them for you. The post-surgery facials are to die for! It really feels like they are taking care of the surgical areas and scars and I really noticed a majority of my swelling starting to go down after each session. Overall, a nice experience in a safe environment!

I do not recommend this place. If you are having surgery, I would recommend another place. You can't even talk to your doctor if you're having surgery here. Only the hospital building is wonderful. The price is expensive.

USA 🇺🇸 I had a full rhinoplasty done at ID Hospital about 3 months now. My overall experienced with the staff and doctor from start to end were great throughout. The staff and the doctor that operated on my nose are well trained and very efficient in their areas of work. My recovery is healing very good so far. I’m considering going back to ID for more aesthetics enhancement in the upcoming year. I do trust the doctor skilled there. The only feedback I have is for their facial spa staff. I had a complementary facial spa by the hospital on the day that I had my cast removed. The ladies were not friendly and were very rushy (may have been, they were tired or have had a bad day).

Rumors are true and valid about this ID Hospital… they do switch or substitute doctors/surgeons while patients are under anesthesia (hence why they claim not to have CCTV/recording cams in their OR)… How i know this because i have good sense of recollection as well as HCP myself—To cover up the deceit/scam, the huge mistake made was that the actual doctor failed terribly to gear up in PPE even wear a mask while everyone else in OR did (dead giveaway to the shady/phony)… then at discharge/post-op care, surgeon was accompanied by another white coat??? Highly suspicious yes… to top off, just within hour of discharged all bandages off, found out that a couple out of several procedures not done as agreed yet paid in full… returned back asap to hospital, all sudden Dr Kyung Min Lee was unavailable (supposedly in surgery… on saturday afternoon) and then out from work because he caught COVID19 over the weekend (smdh in disbelief) Fast forward… instead of quarantine for a whole week, just 5 days he suddenly back at hospital and able to meet for post-op and of course everybody especially ID Hospital staff Min Jong, Eden and all their translators, including Dr Lee flat out denied everything from doing A to Z as initially contracted to doing the actual surgery with his own hands… lame excuses after another—during consultations prior to payment and scheduling surgeries, nobody seem to speak any English thus use of translators etc… but when their true nature is revealing, all sudden everybody can speak perfect English and comprehend quite well… SMDH… quite honestly dont know if it was worth all time travel from far and $$$ money spent, but be very wary and do much research before handing over your money to bunch of crooks/con-artists they all are not just here

I had a revision rhinoplasty done here and it was definitely worth it. The trip in total took 10 days, (I traveled from US to Korea), I had the consultation upon arriving the first day, surgery the next day, and then stitches out after a week. My previous surgery was not what I wanted because they heightened my bridge but not my tip. I wanted a thinner and pointer tip and a small slope on my nose. After discussing with the consultants and doctors at ID they told me that the look I wanted could definitely be achieved and now I am a month post op and I definitely got what I wanted! The price was very reasonable and overall I had a wonderful experience. Thanks ID!

I had my surgeries at ID hospital one month ago. I had a very pleasant experience. ID Hospitals English translator team were very friendly and considerate. They help me with everything I needed. It was easy to make contact, if I had any questions or worries. The doctors were professional and competent. I had a very nice experience, especially with my Doctor Kyung Min Lee. It can be scary to do plastic surgery, but at ID hospital I felt very safe.

I am recovering from the double jaw surgery by doctor park. it's been 3 weeks now and everything seems being exactly going as I hoped. I'm so pleased that the recovery has been way easier than I thought. All the staffs were being so warm and nice to me from the start till now. the price was also reasonable based on all the service from A to Z. I know there are clinics with lots of good fake reviews online so I just trusted the clinic's overall reputation and I am happy that I got the surgery in ID.

I got my nose job done with Dr Chi Young Bang, and I am so happy and very satisfied with the results. I have done my nose job for 3 times with different surgeons before over 6 years. I was not happy with it at all because of uneven and not proportional looking with my face shape. Fortunately, I have researched about Dr Bang, and I was lucky to have him as my surgeon for my rhinoplasty. It is over a year now, and I can fully see the results. I went to Korea by myself for a Rhinoplasty at ID Hospital. The translators were very helpful every step of the way. I was very stressed out about going to another country alone and getting surgery done but the translators helped! My main concerns was the hump on my nose (can see on side profile) and the width. The pictures are a month out. There's still swelling per ID Hospital.

I just had my Rhinoplasty and Forehead reduction here. I am from Australia and I wanted to have a Disney princess nose! They did an amazing job from consultation, to calming me before my surgery to the end results. 2 weeks ago I had a rhinoplasty, forehead reduction, v-line surgery, accusculpting and fat grafting with ID (2 week post-op images attached). I am sooooo happy with my results and how my recovery is going. No bruising left, just some swelling in my jaw (which is to be expected 2 weeks after major surgery). The team were so welcoming to me as a foreigner from Australia. Excellent translation services and of course medical care and aftercare. Holy this place. It has a building if it’s own with floors that specialize in whatever cosmetic surgery you’d need! If I were to get anything, it would be from here! I chose ID Hospital for my facial feminisation surgeries because I’ve known of their reputation and expertise in the surgical field for years. You can’t research surgery in Korea without coming across ID’s outstanding before and after results. Reading reviews like this one had me enthralled and so that’s when I finally made the exhilarating and nerve inducing decision to go forth with cosmetic surgeries at ID Hospital to improve myself. Entering ID for the first time I noticed the hospital’s entrance and lobby was bustling with so many beautiful faces, bandaged patients looking glamorous and family members waiting for loved ones. Seeing how many people this hospital touches made me feel confident in my choice. My first day at ID was for health checks and consultation whereby I noticed the level of professionalism amongst it’s staff through every interaction. This hospital is a rip off place for foreigners with impersonal service. I had same procedure done in another hospital for $ 3000 less. The plastic surgeon was attentive and easy to communicate. The translators, the nurses, and most importantly, the doctors were able to kindly answer all of my questions with patience :) The pain i endured after my rhinoplasty, double eyelid surgery, smas lifting, liposuction, and breast augmentation was actually pretty durable since i had all the extra help i can get. I recommend this hospital to those who want to get multiple surgeries and get great results. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED, COME ASAP :)

I went to consultation tour like 5 clinics and all of them the facilities are too lousy - just one floor or few floors of normal building and it seems no separate between operation room and lobby or consultation room - so when i arrived at ID hospital i was shocked that the building and every facility is so clean and well managed and literally u can get everything here - checkup before surgery, dental clinic, breast ultrasonic, dermatology, injections(botox,filler), patient ward, postoperative treatment.... well too many things to say. Before I visit korea for surgery, I worried if i can get any translation support because it is my first time to Korea and i don't speak Korean. When I went to small clinics they arranged English translator but omg i feel like they don't deliver all of doctor's conversation. But in ID they have really decent translators, God I was so relieved. Anyways thanks to doctors and ID, I will come back to you soon for my fat graft and body lipo.

So many staff could speak english. I could book the surgery very fast and it was actually so affordable too. On the day of consulation i had to do several tests for my health ex. blood test etc. When I went to go get the surgery they were making sure everything was okay with my health. Everything looked so professional. The staff really made me feel safe and I was so happy the fact that they were so kind. After the surgery and anesthesia they put me in a bed to rest a bit once u can start moving I could already go I didn't have to stay at the hospital because it was a small surgery. If you felt still a little dizzy you could go sit in the waiting room till the anesthesia goes away more. When I saw the results I was so happy. The doctor/doctors did such a wonderful job. The pain is really not bad at all. I still have the stitches on I can't wait till it heals up. Thank you ID hospital I had a great experience here.

I’ve been thinking about V line surgery for many years, way before it had become a mainstream, and at the same time I had a lot of fears before the surgery. When I had the first consultation with an assistant at ID she explained me everything about my surgery, listened to my expectations and worries and helped to do all the health check (X-ray, CT scan, blood tests, ECG test etc.) After that, I had my consultation with my surgeon. He was so knowledgeable and attentive that I felt very confident to have him for my surgery. For around 1 week post-surgery my face was really swollen and uncomfortable, but it wasn’t painful at all. I thought V line was going to hurt but in fact it wasn’t that bad. However my thighs hurt because of fat graft session, swollen and bruised. When I reached 2 weeks mark and all that horrible swelling started to disappear I got really excited about my results. It’s a true day-by-day “journey” of your face changing. After few months I had second session of additional fat grafting and acculift for my chin recommended by a surgeon. Acculift did help to lift my skin and enhanced V line surgery result a lot. So what can I say? Surgeries solved my concerns about short chin, wide jaw and lack of volume. I love the way my face is balanced now and I’m happy that I followed surgeon’s advice. Looking back now I feel that getting surgery in Korea was really easy. ID clinic organizes everything, even airport transfer if you feel uncomfortable taking public transportation yourself. I’m happy to share my result and positive experience with them and if I ever need other surgery I’ll choose Korea and ID.

I had forehead reduction(hairline lowering), rhinoplasty and V-line surgery. Dr. Lee Kyung Min is a very caring, and he is very patient to explain all the procedures for me and how it works. I asked him to not do a straight V-line because i wanted to have a bit angle on my face, and he listened and make it the way I want it. I had Dr. Oh Seung Il for my Rhinoplasty and Dr Oh is a very professional and a gentle one. I am happy that I have both doctors. They are all professional and caring. ID hospital also provided me such an excellent customer services. I have 3 translators during my all of my visits. Rin, Olivia and Julie. These girls are very nice and helpful. Rin stayed with me in the beginning of my operation to comfort me and waited for me to fall asleep. I like all my translator but Rin is my favorite because she was there most of my visit. Also, I wanted to thank you all the nurses who took care of me during my stay at the hospital after the surgery. They helped me to go to the bathroom, checked on me every 30 mins- 1 hour, they are all speak very good english, and they make me felt I'm well taken care of.
