I
recently
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
staying
at
Hariprasadam
on
25th
June
and
I
must
say,
it
was
nothing
short
of
a
disaster.
From
the
moment
we
stepped
foot
into
the
hotel,
we
were
met
with
an
appalling
lack
of
hospitality.
The
front
office
staff
or
rather,
the
receptionist,
seemed
more
interested
in
one
thing
and
one
thing
only
-
getting
us
to
pay
the
money
upfront.
There
was
no
warm
greeting,
no
smile,
and
certainly
no
interest
in
making
us
feel
welcome.
Once
we
got
past
the
unwelcoming
front
desk,
we
were
directed
to
our
room,
which
turned
out
to
be
a
complete
disappointment.
The
first
thing
that
hit
us
was
the
stench
of
uncleanliness
that
permeated
the
entire
room.
The
bedsheets
looked
like
they
hadn't
been
changed
in
ages,
and
the
overall
hygiene
of
the
room
left
much
to
be
desired.
It
was
hardly
a
place
where
anyone
would
feel
comfortable,
let
alone
a
family
with
a
small
6-month-old
baby.
Speaking
of
the
baby,
we
were
shocked
to
find
that
there
were
no
charging
sockets
in
the
room.
This
meant
that
we
couldn't
even
boil
water
to
feed
our
baby
or
charge
essential
electronic
devices.
It's
inconceivable
that
a
hotel
today
lacks
such
basic
amenities.
As
if
the
lack
of
charging
sockets
wasn't
bad
enough,
the
room
was
infested
with
cockroaches.
They
were
running
around
everywhere,
from
the
floors
to
the
walls,
making
it
impossible
to
relax
or
feel
safe
in
the
room.
We
had
to
be
on
high
alert
constantly,
especially
with
our
baby
around.
Adding
to
the
horror,
the
toilets
were
in
an
abysmal
state.
They
were
unclean
and
clearly
hadn't
been
properly
maintained
for
quite
some
time.
It
was
a
distressing
sight
and
made
using
the
facilities
an
ordeal.
But
the
worst
part
of
the
ordeal
was
the
frequent
electricity
outages.
The
electricity
would
stop
working
now
and
then,
leaving
us
in
darkness
and
with
no
means
to
charge
our
devices
or
use
essential
appliances.
It
was
an
uncomfortable
and
unsafe
situation
that
the
hotel
seemed
indifferent
to.
In
our
desperation,
we
tried
to
call
the
room
service
multiple
times,
hoping
that
they
would
address
the
cleanliness
issues
and
perhaps
bring
some
relief
to
the
situation.
However,
to
our
utter
dismay,
there
was
no
response
from
the
room
service
at
all.
It
was
as
if
our
concerns
fell
on
deaf
ears.
We
decided
to
approach
the
front
office
again,
this
time
to
raise
the
issue
of
the
unclean
and
unattended
room.
But
once
again,
we
were
met
with
indifference
and
a
complete
lack
of
concern.
The
front
office
staff
seemed
disinterested
and
unwilling
to
acknowledge
the
problems
we
were
facing.
In
the
end,
we
could
no
longer
bear
the
deplorable
conditions
of
the
hotel,
and
we
made
the
difficult
decision
to
leave
and
find
a
new
place
to
stay.
We
didn't
feel
safe
or
comfortable
even
for
a
moment
during
our
stay
at
[Hotel
Name],
and
we
strongly
advise
others
to
avoid
this
place
at
all
costs.
To
sum
it
up,
the
poor
response
of
the
front
office,
unclean
and
unhygienic
rooms,
lack
of
basic
amenities,
cockroach
infestation,
unclean
toilets,
frequent
electricity
outages,
and
the
complete
indifference
of
the
hotel
staff
make
this
establishment
an
absolute
nightmare.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
look
for
alternative
accommodations
that
prioritize
the
comfort
and
well-being
of
their
guests.
Hotel
Hariprasadam
is
simply
not
worth
the
risk
or
the
money.
