Gud behaviour evrything is fine but one thing they have no Apple carry bag evrytime available

very poor knowledge of their own products. i spoke to Ms. Saloni (they refused to give me her full name) she has no idea about any apple products. this is a big disappointment. and after that they hung up on me, and now they are not answering my calls. if any Apple representative is reading this, i strongly urge you to teach your staff proper etiquette, and tell them not to hang up on clients. this conversation happened on 22/09/22 at around 8:20pm. please check your internal call recordings. very sad experience.

Very bad condition of AC in this summer customer want some time to seen demo but ac is not working it's very hard to stay on store even it's more then month that ac is not repaired because my some friends also visit to the store

Their website looks fraud.There's nobody responding to the calls or emails.The given telephone number doesnt work. Have placed an airpods pro 2 order on their website and there's no response from them till now

Experienced great customer service at this store again. Employees are polite and helpful. The store maintenance all the covid guidelines and provide extraordinary customer service. Since this was my third visit and I was completely satisfied with the services. Do visit at least once, before purchasing an IOS device from E-commerce.

The Nepali speaking lady in the store is very judgmental. She talked to me me like I cannot afford to buy it and hence she talk to me very impolitely. Her words were not welcoming and she wasn’t interested to show me products I wanted to buy because she judged me even before I spoke. Hence after spending 5 min with her smirking relies I went out and bought an iPhone 14 from another store in city centre that same moment. If you are wondering then this was in 2023 and I thought not to comment but after 5 months my sister who is a doctor visited the store to buy iPhone and that same lady talked the same way and she didn’t buy either. She felt the same treatment. So this is why I am writing this. Please change your service lady. Thank you.

Terrible experience. Worst imagine store in the country. Have ordered my ipad pro from their store last Sunday and the product still hasn't been dispatched and it's been 5 days, they don't respond to calls or messages. Never been mentally harassed in this manner by any imagine store this way. If you're unable to proceed with the order please cancel and refund the amount.

I have experience calling lag, I have tried calling imagine store, church road. Calls get answered but from different city. Otherwise it have good customer experience and nice service.

This apple store is supposedly not a authorised store of apple they are just fooling us , the prices the offer are also high from their own imagine store online also , the staffs there are not at all trained and are very rude and they do not support the coustomer . He patiently answered all my questions and guided me in choosing the right products that suited my needs. The store itself was well-designed and organized, showcasing Apple's latest innovations beautifully. The staff at Imagine were friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The behaviour was polite. I went to buy ipad air 5 . But there was no stock for the wifi 64gb version. They asked me to take the wifi + cellular version for the same price but that too was on starlight color and the box which they took out had dirt on it. C'mon we are visiting an apple store not mi or realme store that we can expect such lack of stocks and cleanliness . I mean for me apple stores should be premium. The store didn't have an ac on it. There were fans running and it was situated near the sales team. I was literally sweating while checking the ipad air 5 on display. Overall a very bad experience visiting the store and the price was also sky high. I thought that experiencing my first purchase of an apple product would be very good but it was completely the opposite. I would never visit this store back again. I bought my ipad from Amazon and i got it for 7k less along with my favourite color.

I have ordered a phone today itself haven't received the item yet But the customer service they avail it seems good. I called them querying about device they respond in a good manner briefly. Now desperately waiting for the delivery. Hope it will be delivered soon 😊

Giving 3star bcoz of that one employee who work there mocks customer if they bought iphone from amazon or flipkart. Talks rubbish that you will not get warranty if u had bought from ecommerce site.

Buying a product from finance from apple store and even done the pre booking after waiting from 15 days during finance apple is not approving after completing all the process and waiting for 3 hours. Such ridiculously wasting our time and not at all worried about the satisfaction and need. Very bad behavior. I feel its imagine apple store thats the reason i feel its better company but its its better to purchase apple prodouct from relaince, placewale or some other places...........really wasr place to by apple products.
