    From never working out, waking up groggy, no energy, no awareness of what I’m eating to how I am now is unbelievable! BCHQ have made me feel so welcome, I was so nervous and had no clue about gym equipment or circuits. You’re never alone at sessions and always have encouragement. I have so much more energy for me and my kids and Ive never felt or looked better! I look forward to coming daily. The results are speaking for themselves 😍 Can’t recommend BCHQ enough!!

    I couldn’t recommend this gym enough. Previously I had never put my health or fitness first and joined trying to get in shape for summer. I had never anticipated how much it would change my lifestyle and fitness for the better. I come away from every class more motivated than the time before, I have never felt in such a good shape and genuinely look forward to each class! All of the instructors and members are so motivating and lovely. So glad I joined !!

    I joined BCHQ on the 6 week challenge. A lot of my goals that i set i knew would take longer than 6 weeks. Although i was shocked to have lost a stone within a few weeks of doing the challenge! The main thing that i was struggling with is even getting to the gym! Being a mum and working shifts it seemed impossible to ever find the time. However BCHQ seem to make the impossible possible by having an amazing class timetable so you can always fit a session in even on bank hols! Ive tried sooooo many gyms and can honestly say this is one of the most supportive and friendly places ive ever been to. Thanks to BCHQ im now able to get at least 3 sessions in a week which i never managed to do beforehand! So just do it you wont regret it 😃

    It’s been just over 3 months since joining BCHQ and honestly, it is the best move I’ve ever made. I’ve trained on and off at various gyms since the age of 20 (now 35) but never really stuck to it for long periods and never seen any real changes to my fitness levels or physique. Liams energy is unmatched when it comes to fitness and getting the most of his members pushing them both physically and mentally and building a lifestyle around fitness, self confidence and improvement. I’m now a regular at session 3/4 times a week I’ve competed in 10k races and have entered HYROX and I’m now “one of them” if I have to miss a session I hate it. Great atmosphere, amazing coaches and a real sense of a community vibe ! Everyone helps everyone no matter what level of fitness you’re at !

    I have been coming to bchq since August (8 months) and was very on the fence about coming at first. I got the warmest welcome and instantly felt part of the group. The workouts are challenging but I feel so good once I’ve done them. The coaches push you because they know you have more to give. Since August I have walked up 2 of the 3 Yorkshire peaks, gained so much energy, confidence is so much better, sleeping well and starting to like the person in the mirror. I’d highly recommend bchq to anyone in the Preston area. It’s not like any other gym I’ve been to before.

    Literally the best gym, the people you train with are like family, the biggest cheerleaders supporting your goals in all aspects of life. Turn up once, and you will won’t look back.

    I joined BCHQ because I wanted to surround myself with people who had similar interests and goals as me. Everyone was so so welcoming & I feel like I gain a new friend or two every session 🥰 I love the strength sessions but I mainly wanted to improve on my cardio and I feel like each and every week I’m becoming fitter, faster & stronger. I absolutely love BCHQ and would recommend it to anyone!

    Joining BCHQ has been the best decision I’ve made. I’ve totally changed my life style, earlier mornings earlier nights. When I joined my goal was to loose 1 stone in 6 weeks, i achieved my goal in 5 weeks. Every session at bchq doesn’t get easier because you push yourself more every-time. All the members are welcoming and it is a good positive community. Joining BCHQ will be the best thing you do for yourself, certainly won’t regret it

    I lost motivation to go to a normal gym and each time I'd go I would never really push myself. I joined BCHQ a few months ago and it has really changed my lifestyle for the better! I'm so much more confident, stronger and healthier. It is a great community and the members and coaches here are the best, always there for you on a personal level if needed and really want you to succeed.

    I could not recommend this place more. When I first joined I was made to feel really welcome and never felt anxious about going to sessions. It really doesn’t matter who turns up, everyone is lovely and you always have a laugh. I’ve now been going regularly for 3 months and need new clothes as my old ones are too big - the BCHQ affect! A really great place to start and progress your fitness levels.

    Love love! I joined BCHQ because I was bored of my gym routine and the lack of social interaction at a standard gym. Since joining I feel way stronger as I'm always trying new things and pushing out my comfort zone. No workout feels the same because you end up pairing up with different people which I love. Would deffo recommend to anyone wanting to get fitter and join a community, I'm even considering Hyrox lol! Also big love to all the trainers xxx

    Honestly BCHQ has made me rethink everything I knew about the gym and fitness. I’d tried so many gyms/PTs/online coaches over the years and just never fell in love with it, it was always a chore that I gave up after a few months. Now I look forward to the gym, love the community and the extra motivation from everybody in the classes. The coaches are like friends and keep you accountable if you’re feeling a little unmotivated to get you back in the swing of it. I’ll be here till I’m old and grey, can’t recommend it enough 👵🏼

    I joined BCHQ June just gone and I have not looked back. It’s not just a gym it’s a way of life- I love All the coaches and the workouts. I have never felt so strong in my life
