The team at Tudor Place have made it a smooth and comfortable experience for me as an international student living in the UK for the first time. They are consistently cheerful and helpful even while faced with my many questions. Stephen is responsive via email (though he is on site often) and has been nothing short of amazing. The booking process was relatively simple and once you get used to the UI in the resident portal, making payments and logging maintenance requests are a breeze. The facilities are always clean, the rooms are modern and updated with lots of natural light, and the buildings are very secure. The area is super convenient, about 5-10 minutes from both central Chester and the university. Overall very happy with my stay here.

I lived at Tudor Place for the first 2 years of my uni life. the staff here are amazing, they’ve been so kind and helpful to me over my 2 years there. It was a bit more expensive to live there than campus accommodation or shared housing, but the quality of the place was definitely worth it. The rooms, even the smallest ones, were a really good size. I personally stayed in the studio flats for my 2 years, and I really recommend it for people who like their own space or are nervous about sharing spaces with others at first. The location is also amazing too, placed perfectly between the city centre and the main campus. In summary, this is a really good place to stay, especially if you’re new to the area.

I moved into Tudor Place a week ago for my first year. The staff here are really helpful and really helped to settle us in and allowed us to come up before moving in to see our room and let us leave things in our room. For uni accommodation this is by far the nicest I've viewed and is a proper bargain for what you get. The shared kitchen had great facilities and the staff keep in touch often to check on your welfare and check if you’re settling in. This accommodation is a proper bargain and proper nice as-well. Highly Recommend.

Having stayed at Tudor Place for two years now, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The staff, Claire and Steve in particular, have always been a great help from organising different activities each month to making sure everyone is settled and happy within their flats/studios. Queries or problems are always dealt with quickly and Paul from maintenance has always been around to fix anything within a couple of days logging the issue. The location from Town is literally a 5minute walk and so is the University campus so this makes it so easy to get about on foot. Communal areas are very well maintained including the gym, study room and games room and are a great way to make friends and socialise.

Second year living at Tudor Place for my final year of University. I have found it very easy to concentrate on my studies due to the calm environment and excellent living standards. I regularly use the on site gym which is always maintained perfectly with no damaged equipment or neglect for cleanliness. The staff couldn't be more friendly and happy to help. Maintenance is fast and reliable.

I recently moved into Tudor Place student accommodation and I would definitely recommend any students to live here. The whole process was very easy and as stress free as possible and the staff were very accommodating and willing to help with anything! The rooms and kitchens are very homely and have lots of storage and space. The social areas are also very good and are a good place to socialise and meet new people.

My first year at tudor place and I'm loving it. The staff are really friendly and ready to help, security is great; friendly, efficient and gives you the piece of mind. The facilities are amazing; having the washing and drying in the building is convenient and easy, the gym is great and has great equipment, the study space is amazing when you need to focus and study and the social space has lots of different activities and entertainment to keep away boredom as well as meeting new people. The rooms are spacious, have an ensuite and a desk space with plenty of storage under the bed and in the wardrobe for clothes, the shared kitchen is large with cupboard space and a fridge freezer. All in all a lovely place with excellent staff and brilliant facilities.
