I completed my beginners waxing course with Sat who was amazing and taught me much more as the day went along. I was set up with my online theory work a few weeks before with enough time to complete , Sat regularly checked in with me to see how I was getting on and if I had any questions or needed anything. Models were amazing and found by Sat so I really didn’t need to worry about that. If you want a trainer who is patient , thorough and approachable then look no further! I’ll definitely be back to do more courses xxx

I attended the Hourglass wax training course recently and couldn't recommend it more. It was very thorough and fully accredited with a mixture of theory, practical practice, demonstrations and top tips/advice from Sat's many years of experience. Sat is an expert in her field and it was a pleasure to learn from the best. She is also a patient, professional and encouraging teacher. The hourglass beauty bar is a real treat to come and get all your beauty treatments done. Sat did my lips, my eye brows and eye liner tattoos and they all look amazing. She is so professional and client focussed, she is always checking on if you are alright during treatments and explains the process to you. She is amazing and does a brilliant job. I am so pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend her services to all my friends and family. I also had my nails done with Amy who is also professional and does an amazing job. I have also had my hair done equally professionally done. I have had an absolutely positive experience all round. I won’t go anywhere else now. Thanks all at Hourglass.

I get my nails & eyebrows done at Hourglass, both Sat & Amy are sooo good at what they do! They are super friendly, make you feel really comfortable & I’ve always been super pleased with the results. Would 100% recommend if you’re thinking of booking, they’re fab :) xx

Had my daughters 12th Birthday party at Hourglass and sat and team were brilliant doing their hair makeup and nails. I would highly recommend hourglass for any teen party. Sat is amazing! Been getting waxes for years now and she does the FASTEST CLEANEST work I’ve ever had. She’s such a sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable. The new salon is absolutely stunning. So professional and the pink decor is so cute. I’m a customer for life!
