Bursitis and impingement of my shoulder halted my weight lifting and cross fit and was causing a lot of pain both physically and mentally. After a year of physio from the NHS with zero improvement and left with the option of a steroid injection I started to look at private treatment. I had already looked at Preston sports clinic but thought I wasn’t a professional so they wouldn’t be likely to see me. I spoke with with a colleague regards my dilemma and they knew the clinics founder and recommended him highly. I called, made an appointment and began my road to recovery. I cannot thank Jakub enough!! I am now lifting double what I was before my injury. I had little hope left that I would return to lifting again but Jakub had every confidence from the start. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic or return should I require further treatment.

I had a shoulder injury and couldn't even lift a pan when I attended the clinic. Lewis worked really hard to diagnose the problem and put together a detailed weight training plan to gradually build up strength. At each appointment, Lewis took the time to assess progress and tailor the exercise plan to make sure my recovery continued at a good pace. Great approach and fantastic facilities, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a calf tear injury from hiking up a steep hill. I left it for 3 weeks and made it worse by doing the wrong things, so I then decided to try physio. I had several sessions with Jakub and every fortnight we did a treatment and reviewed progress with the exercises I was doing at home. I was still able to go out walking and through rehab, I was able to increase the distance and ascent to get back to where I was before. The rehab is very much tailored to the individual by progress, fitness and whatever you were used to doing before. Online booking and email confirmations are very convenient. Highly recommended.

Apologies for taking so long to write this review. I recently had a winged scapula. Went to Preston Sports Clinic Ltd had they sorted me straight out. Diagnose the route cause, gave me some rehab exercises. After a few months of rehab exercises I was back to normal. Many thanks.

Visited Preston Sports Clinic whilst experiencing lower back pain. Lewis thoroughly assessed what was causing the injury and provided a detailed plan of rehab action. I would definitely recommend PSC to anyone needing physiotherapy

After hip replacement surgery on my left side, I was suffering from muscle pain in the hip area and sciatica in my left leg. I booked an assessment with Lewis to deal with the sciatica and to strengthen the replaced hip joint. Lewis proved to be both understanding and knowledgeable and planned my rehabilitation in detail. He has a very professional approach both to treatment at the clinic and in providing exercise plans to work on at home. After a couple of months of consultations, I am free of the sciatic pain and have a strong and very functional left hip ! With private consultation rooms and a fully equipped gym, Preston Sports Clinic provides a great physiotherapy service, and I would have no hesitation my recommendation.

I can't recommend PSC enough. I limped through the door a few months ago, convinced I'd need surgery on my knee so that I could get back to hiking, running and playing with my little girl on the park. Fast forward 4 months and following on from the brilliant ongoing support I get from Lewis Hiney on a weekly basis - whether that be a follow up session, my personalised rehab program he sends me, or q&a whenever something pops in my head on email - Lewis has supported me and my rehab constantly. Thanks again for a great service. London Marathon 2024?!

After struggling for months with a meniscus tear, and getting nowhere, finally went to see Lewis at PSC. After six sessions and an exercise regime over twelve weeks to strengthen the support for my knee I am back on the trials bike. I'm even considering entering my first show this year! I can highly recommend PSC as without their skill and expertise I seriously doubt my recovery would've been as quick, if at all. George
