Great apartment building for students or young professionals. Clean with communal facilities like lounges and a gym. It's convent history is evident in beautiful arches on ground floor

Pros. Okay price at time of renting Room was secure Room was clean when moving in Washing facility was alright Room was so warm during summer didn't need to use drying facility Cons. Gate for vehicles onto property was often broken Staff (not night security) often looked miserable and their attitude often portrayed it, often got my packages in the evening as security didnt look like I asked them for blood Room during summer was like an inferno Never replied to issues or requests via the app which I was advised to use even after going into office, for instance asking for locks to be taken off window so I wouldnt cook in room and parking requests Appliances in room weren't that good (e.g. freezer was tiny, cooker turned off after 15 min, etc.) Bee/wasp nest formed near an entrance took ages to be cleared Reported a neighbour who was noisy and nothing ever happened to stop it Bins were often overfilled and spilled over, surprised I didn't see any rats Gym facility sucked

I lived at CQ the Court for 3 years and I could not find a better place to stay than this one. Its all in one solution to your residential needs. The staff at CQ is so helpful and they are very quick in responding to your requests. If I am ever in Leeds again, I would definitely would like to rent with them again. I still miss staying at CQ! Highly recommended!

Great place to live in beautiful Leeds. I really enjoyed my time in CQ The Court. Especially during these challenging times of full lockdown, this place made it all easier. The management is top notch, always helpful and very approachable going above and beyond to ensure all residents are ok. The Gym is probably one of the best things there, as it is in the building, free and have everything you need. Additionally, on each floor there are business lounges where you can work or study (and they look pretty cool, with a huge TV). The grounds have lovely green spaces to chill and walk around and it’s also gated making it very safe. Price wise , you can’t go wrong - affordable and much better than anything else you can find in the city as price vs. quality. Overall, fully recommend the place.

Beautiful building with quality apartments that are extremely well sound proofed. Access to amenities and services is fantastic and other tenants are respectful. Wonderful view from both my apartment and the rooftop garden.

We love living here. The management team organise social events such as bbqs and quizzes allowing us to know our neighbours. The gym, beautiful communal lounges and games room make it great. Highly cared for and maintained by a lovely team! Thank you x

I have been there for 13 months in a small studio. About my place, I can say nothing but that place was amazing. I really recommand this place for professional or PhD students who are looking for a place with high standard.

Really nice safe complex in a gated community, with personable, friendly staff who go out of their way to arrange socials for residents. Lovely communal facilities such as lounges for residents and an on-site gym. Only issues I personally experienced which didn't work for me was the laundry set up - there are only 8 machines to a couple of hundred people which causes frustration. However, I think there are plans to expand this. Another issue is that the building has an untreated silverfish problem and this really was personally uncomfortable for me to the point where I didn't want to get out of bed on a night for fear of them. There's also trapped air in the pipes which disrupted my water supply. All things considered though it is good value for money - but would be even better if these issues were resolved.
