Prestwick is not the most photogenic place in Scotland but this morning’s walk in beautiful weather was fantastic. The Cheese Cake Company in the Main Street has lovely cheesecake and great coffee.

Do look at - the fabulous view of Arran, the long unspoilt sands, the beautiful light across the bay. Don't look at - the wilful neglect and removal of public amenities by South Ayrshire Council.

Even on a cold day.... people in swimming. Nuff said. Lovely place to blow the cobwebs away. Great ice cream cafe on the front too.Cycle Lane too.

Always love my time on the promenade. Very clean

Nice little fishing spot. Quiet and good for jogging or dog walking. Always very clean and very little seagulls if you for work near and just need to relax on lunch.

Sunset over Arran . View from st Nicholas golf course. Do yourself a favour and wait for the sunset. It is a spiritual experience. Just remember the sun goes down very late at this time of the year. Take a picnic and winter Woolies 😎🌞😁😁💕
