No accuracy on results, no accountability, bad behaviour from staffs. RTPCR is showing false negative (this is justified in their report). Not at all recommended if you are looking for accurate and genuine results. Never Recommended !!

Given blood sample in the morning, they told me that the report will be ready by 1 clock, after 2 PM i called 4 times for report and every time person on the other side said " u will get report soon". Then told the machine has some issues, later told me that the no which i hav given may not correct and told to collect report directly from the lab..If the no is not correct they could have say when i made my first call, if they tried once atleast...? Printing time of the report is 17.33, after my last call they took print and at last at 5.34 i got the report through wtsap. I booked an appointment for a doctor ( Dr.told me to meet with the reports) and missed my doctor's appointment due to this irresponsible behavior...

Good Service, Especially Lab reports. Dr. Prasanth is the Hilight of the Lab. With all advanced facilities service is good

Don't go for COVID-19 RT-PCR test here. They are showcasing very casual attitude in providing report. They did not bother to enter correctly all the details of the patient in the report that generates suspiciousness in their authenticity.

Been here for a consultation with Dr. Prashanth for my mother, there are literally 'N' number of staffs but the service is really poor. We waited for long hours outside infront of the front desk as mentioned by couple of staffs. Much later came to know that we were supposed to wait in a different waiting area inside. Please note if you are new to the place don't listen to the staff, please go ahead and keep annoying everyone else you will be waiting at some place else thinking you will be called next based on the token they provide.
