The surroundings of the hotel were also good. Children have facilities to play. The behavior from the staff was good. I had the BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA and it didn't have the expected taste

The food was good, the ambience is very nice.. have a big parking lot , but they should improve the service,I think they lack staffs, don't know if it's due to the pandemic or not. It's taking a lot of time to get the order and to get your table cleaned.

The chicking is like an well known food hotel brand , so while travelling we use to take food from there , this is the first time i am very disappointed, not bcos of food or taste , just they dont put basic facilities like a rest room , they took a mall building and the bathroom was very pathetic and very poor maintenance . While travelling with family with children during pandemic this spot make me very much frustrated, we can’t wash our hands, very much disappoint. Let me mention hygiene is the most thing we expect from a food supply.

The place is very good in terms of cleanliness and ambiance but it is the staff behaviour and good service that makes any place good or great. There is only one counter which makes customers crowd there which is not what a good brand will do. It must keep its customer safe from the Covid19 pandemic. Plus the counter does not respect a civilized line. People who cut lines are respected. I saw two people go away and when people cut in and got the order made me to walk away. I waited for a long time and then had to walkout after waiting for nearly 15 minutes for ordering but failed. This is not a way to respect customers !!!!

Me & Family are regular customers of Chicking Branches, Very Sorry to Review about Varakara Branch. I felt like we were in a “ Thattukada”. Chicken was not freshly cooked. Coleslaw was very dry.

Chicking offers a delightful range of fried chicken and related fast-food items. The flavors are unique, and the crispy chicken really stands out. While the ambiance of the outlet I visited was average, the staff were friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quick chicken fix!

The meal was quite good. The ambience was good, bang in the midst of the city, though they cater to takeaways as well. There is a home delivery option as well.

Very nice to have chiken and food from here, especially dine in is a very good option. But when it comes to money The food is little costly, you should find your budget and order, other wise quality is superb like KFC . Before coming for a party think your budget and later don't burn your pockets..

Good service,we reach there by 10:55pm and were about to close but still they took our order as the last one, kind of good experience. Only one issue it doesn't have a loom...

A very good fast food joint in the heart of the city. The restaurant is well maintained and clean all the time. The staff is extremely hardworking and polite. They are friendly and always helpful. The food was clean and the quality was top notch. I wouldn’t Recommend placing an order via WhatsApp and my experience with the same was poor. Despite of waiting for 30 mins they didn’t have the courtesy to call or text back and let me know the order didn’t go through.

The food was very good but the waiting time was LOOOONG, indeed we had a huge order but this wasn't the first time I was here and this is usual and this place doesn't have necessities like a bathroom

The service is very bad. I bought the parcel at Vadakara branch and waited for some time for my token to be called, but no one called. Later, when I went to the counter and inquired about the matter, they were ready to give me the parcel.

Quality and Quantity, Both are Pathetic... Items Shown in Menu Card and Which Delivered in Parcel are Very Different in Shape and Quantity.... Don't Waste Your Time and Money....
