Not the best customer service, feels like everyone who works there against their own will. Little bit of smile would be nice.

Do not like Kaufland stores. You just cannot go from one item on your list to another. You have to follow where the store wants you to go. Busko is worst still as you have go to a different building to buy drinks and queuing twice made the whole experience longer than it had to be.

There is a choice of groceries and good promotions at times. I reward it one star only as every single time they overcharge me. I assume they also overcharge others too. Different prize is displayed and different prize they ask you to pay. It is really inconvenient as you have to "investigate" the receipt, then go to customer service to pay out the difference. The shop should be trustworthy. Waste of time and chech your receipt if you dont want to waste even 10 to 15% of your total bill. Shame Kaufland
