No accessoires available for old devices.i wanted a sim tray for my old device mi 4i but when I asked them about they told it's old device and we can't do anything about this.i using mi devices since 2015 i liked devices but the services needs to be improved.and also mi authorized center also needs to be improved some time ago I visited mi authorized center at bhuj because my resmi note 4 was not working properly.my issue was in mother board 3g and 4g network not worked.when i told them about my issue they took my phone for repair and told me to wait for one week.after one week when I called them they told we still need one week to repair It.they took 20 day to repair it.but still they can't able to repair my device.finally after 20 days they given me new device but didn't given me bill of the phone.so I think service's needs to be improved.

Absolutely worst service recently I had given my phone for repairing and the back panel was completely damaged by them and was not properly fixed.... Visit the service center at your own risk

One thing i think they need to do maintain spares we always have to wait for spares. service,staff behaviour and taking ownership in every problems os force me to give 5 star.
