Grocery Outlet is... the BEST! Love the NOSH section, love the ice cream selection, the flowers and plants, the seasonal end caps, aisle 1, the produce, the word-of-mouth random items being carried currently that you hear about from coworkers, etc! It's a community and an experience. Always fun to see what's in stock.

Would get a 5 star but since the hours on the door doesn't match to online I give 3. Online says 9pm close but on the door itself it says 9:30pm they close. Suggest they fix their closing time on the door to reflect the online.

You can't get used to a product because it's not always there the next time you go back. But prices are very cheap. Good choices. Lots of wine, a good assortment of beers as well. The staff is pleasant, the store is clean. If you're shopping for the beach or your shopping for a barbecue, everything is there

My recent trip to the grocery store was quite uncomfortable. The constant scrutiny from store associates, who seemed to be monitoring my every move, made the experience unsettling. Overhearing their conversations on their headphones discussing my actions added to the discomfort, leaving me feeling uneasy throughout my shopping trip. I managed to get one of their names after checking out and it was the cashier named Alice.

I was charged $37.53 twice on 6/21/23 because their card machines were down and not processing payments. On their end, it showed I did not pay but, on my end, it showed two pending payments of $37.53. I was informed they would drop off and they did not. They processed and posted even though I left with absolutely no groceries. I contacted the store manager on 6/22/23 and was informed that I would be refunded if I went into the store BUT when I got there the manager could not locate a digital receipt and needed to “contact corporate.” The manager said she would call me back. It is now 6/27/23 and I still have not heard back from the manager. I disputed the charges with my bank and thankfully had refunded them...no thanks to management. If it was on your end, you should have made it right or at the VERY LEAST called me back with an update as you promised.

Great deals on name brand things. They are an outlet grocery so offering change but I find it useful to get good products at a bargain price

There’s a few things that like about Grocery Outlet and it’s mostly their prices. However, today while shopping I heard, we are locally owned and operated. That made me smile. What really made me smile even more was the customer service I received from Franny today. She was pleasant and gave a short sales pitch for the food bank. I should have asked more questions but I wanted to be sure what she was “selling” I could use. My prayer is that when selling something we always offer FULL transparency. This was the turn around… Franny could tell I wasn’t a “happy customer” in that moment and she kindly offered me a refund. I was so surprised!!! But this is the customer service we should all strive to shadow. Thank you, Franny for not getting upset with me. And thank grocery outlet for the sale on eggs!

👍👍 I've been here multiple times and I find this place to be great if you are needing to get Asian foods and ingredients that you cannot find anywhere in your local grocery stores. They also have cooked food you can buy like chicken and sticky rice and spring rolls. I recommend you get there early thou...
