Vellore Staffs are very unprofessional, I have been waiting for 3 hours at office to receive the parcel. They are not cared about customer and never listen to us and just continue with their loading /unloadingp slowly even if we stand there for many hours. Please value customer time

Mettur parcel service are best caring the goods which we ordered. Proper way of communication in Vellore office too. They are very friendly approachable... while we interacting regard goods and materials...fully satisfied with there services

Booked my 2 wheeler. Got delivered within a day. Good service. Packing was done by them. They packed it really very well. But they charge a bit high for packing.

Charge an off loading charge of Rs.10 for every package even if it is a small cardboard box. Definitely don't encourage this as it is not accounted for anywhere. When you try not to pay they say they are not able to find the parcel. They will then inform you over phone later on to come again tomorrow even then you will be asked to pay 10₹.

Safe parcel delivery, nominal charges. No home delivery, like every parcel service. They promised they will send in an auto and we've to bear the expenses. But at destination centre they didn't oblige with that request. They could've mentioned it correctly while sending the parcel. That's the only comment I have. But the parcel arrived without any damage.

Parcel handling is not good. My parcel was opened and the items inside baggage are spilled out. When I complained their reply was to count the items and verify. They never apologized and showing attitude to customers.

What's said in their website is not fulfilled by them, my parcel has not yet been delivered to me and it's going to be almost 3 days and no proper updates from them. Not sure if I will get my parcel as it is or things removed from it ! Will share that once after I receive my parcel and again not sure when that will happen ! worst service
