The rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is very good. Staffs are very Courteous. Because of the location, rooms are very noisy. Especially the road side rooms are noisy at nights too. Washrooms are not organised properly. Hotel do not have its own Restaurant but room services is quick. The next door Restaurant is also exceptionally good. Overall have a great stay for 12 days with family. Highly Recommend !!

Best hospitality, i visited vellore for a business meet. I stayed at hotel royal grande. It was a good experience. Rooms were neat and clean. Hygienic foods, i recommend hotel royal grande.

Amazing location right by the highway, just an auto ride away from CMC. Food was delivered perfectly according to specifications mentioned. Hotel staff, receptionist had the utmost cordial behaviour at all times. Well maintained rooms enhanced with a great view summed up a delightful stay. Special mentions to Karan, Karishma, Joseph, Rakesh, Shrikant, Subhash (to name a few) and others for their very prompt and hospitable behaviour.

Clean rooms and enough amenities reasonable for the pay, located near by the bus station and good veg&non veg restaurants is an added advantage, people are courteous. Little problem is for the travellers in car as the parking is small and in and out will test your driving skills nonetheless it's not a deal breaker considering many hotels in the city don't have even this amount of parking space. I would recomend for both family and business stay.

Stayed for one week to attend medical training at CMC. Rooms are clean and neat. Room rent was reasonable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Service also good. Need to improve in parking space.

There was always a bad odour inside & outside the room.. they have never heard of room spray i think... Morning breakfast was good... If you travel to katpadi via car then forget about this lodge... The underground parking area is pathetic... Too small , congested... I had a very tough time here... One guy blocked the parking area by parking his car in the run way ... Here people don't have/use brains i think ... I tried to take the car via entry but since all cars were packed with no space i got struck for around 30.mins just to take my car out

The worst hotel ever saw in my life. Enquired for booking a banquet hall and fixed the date after confirming availablity with GM - Venkatesan G. They also told that they will block the date and if someone enquires for the same date they will inform me and I can pay the amount at that time since we had long gap for the function. After a week when I enquired the GM told the hall is blocked by their MD for some other function. I was totally frustrated and asked them the reason for that he told he has no idea why but his MD informed to block the date. Never trust this hotel. They also didn't attend my call for some days, when I went directly they informed this to me. Your reply says "First come First serve" but when the time I took is to finalize the menu. I tried calling in between many times till the date you mentioned but no response. Since I was promised that if there is any enquiry then I will be informed I was lethargic. That is because I never thought you will act like this.

We had our birthday celebration recently.. overall food and hall was good.. but we are more disappointed with the way they treated at the end of serving food.. especially the person who called as CO of this hotel.. even function not over , he started to switching off the AC , taking out the foods even if the full crowd not over, hiding the sweets and ice creams , didn’t expected such cheap behaviour from that person..they agreed to not to count the children’s and suddenly they said each 2-3 year kid also used one plate.. seriously disappointed with his behaviour, and surely will not recommend to prefer if that person is there in the hotel or during the event..please make a note makale..

One of the best hotels in Vellore. Room I stayed was big, all facilities like coffee, tea, snacks available in the room itself, wardrobe. Free breakfast with vegetables menu. Restaurants staff was very good services.

Nice clean hotel, just one suggestion, the location is a busy crossing but we saw many good hotels in same location. The crossing is extremely noisy through the day and the night with trucks and buses honking all the time. The hotel ka very good and the adjoining restaurant and a tea kiosk are super fabulous. Just request the hotel for rooms on the rear side row and not the front road facing row else the day and the sleep will be disturbed due to honking!!

I had a wonderful stay last week at the Hotel Royal Grande. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was really comfortable. I slept like a baby each night I was there! Well maintained. Staffs are being respectful and responsible. Food is moderate. Rooms are AC planted. Has party hall in built. If you booked party hall you may get some discount with the room fee.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable . Especially Mr Kiran very well speaking Kannada good behaved and cooperative. Front desk staffs Pavitra, Anandhi and sarath all they have displayed excellent behavior and services . Overall atmosphere is homelike .

This Royal Grand hotel was very near & good place to visit near by all locations. And it very easy to bus stop also, and also maintenance was good & nice. They care us in good manner.

Overall very satisafectory! I have stayed here for 5 days (2*5 rooms) with my family including a 1.5 year old baby. All the staffs were very polite and attentive, we didnt face any issue during our stay. Food was good and also affortable. They preapared the food the way you want you can also make special request and items that are not in menu too (specially needed if you are staying with a infant). Over all we didnt had any complains with any of the services although , I have few suggestions for improvement. Suggestion/Improvements : 1. Dinner order closes at 9:30pm sometimes at 9:00pm (hotel staff will say tha over call) i think it will be good if this last order time can be extended for at least 11 pm 2. More options in breakfast (could add a few north indian option like puri sabji etc). if you stay for 1-2 day it is ok for you as we stayed for 5 days it was monotonous for us, although the food quality was good. 3. Dental and shower kit in bathroom (brush/toothpeast/comb/soap) should be added.

One of the best hotels in Vellore. Room I stayed was big, bed was king size, all facilities like coffee, tea, snacks available in the room itself, wardrobe. Nicely working AC, daily cleaning services were superb. The food via room service for lunch and dinner is made absolutely as per request, tasty food with spice as per ask, very nice food. Breakfast was very good as well. Great location. And finally hotel staffs were absolutely great, they are very nice and will make one feel very comfortable. Great hospitality. Had a very nice stay and got excellent services from all hotel staff. They are doing a great job and wish them all the best.

I would rate my stay as 6*. Duration of stay was 3nights from 24th July 2022 to 27th July 2022. Pros: 1. Extremely courteous staffs & prompt service. They were ready to serve 24 hours and would deliver service even before I could finish my sentence. They even applied for the police verification for me which is required by CMC Hospital which otherwise would have to be done by me by visiting the police station. They didnot even charge anything extra for this additional service. 2. The security guards on the front entrance were really supportive and arranged Autos for me while I waited in the lobby. 3. The room service was really good and reasonable pricing. Servings were large portions, so two person were easily able to share. Also they would visit after 1hr of serving the food to take away the dishes so we didn't have to struggle with the stinking dishes in the room. 4. Rooms were exceptionally clean and they had multiple environmental friendly policies. also had hair dryers, coffee/tea arrangement & laundry service in the room. 5. They have a beautiful garden behind their hotel and we would leave bananas by the windows for the monkeys to feed, who would visit everyday during the morning. Also the beautiful mountains were visible from the window. However the garden belonged to a private owner and was inaccessible for hotel guests. 6. Rooms facing the main road were noisy since the hotel is just by the highway. However the staffs had apologized for this prior to my check-in, which was a really nice gesture. 7. Upon request, they would serve breakfast early at 6.30am for guests who had to leave early to the hospital. 8. They had few of the best restaurant of Vellore in walking distance; Darling Namma Vadu (Next door to the hotel) & Vellore Kitchen (50m from the property) to be specific. I even met few South Indian Celebrities in these restaurants. 9. Location was in a favourable area. Had good restaurants nearby & also the Vellore fort was just 400m away. Cons: 1. No dental kit (toothbrush & toothpaste) was provided in the room. 2. Inhouse dining facilities were not available. Only room service was available. Although they had good restaurants nearby. 3. Breakfast had only options for South Indian cuisines. Anyone with different taste bud would have to struggle. 4. Front road facing rooms were slightly noisy during the day. However very quiet during the night. 5. Tourist necessities like money exchange, travel agents were 2km away from the hotel.

Its room was really a luxurious one in size and apperance. We took lunch which was not good to eat. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Service in reception as well as in dining was great. It is just 2 mins walk from vellore bus stand .Only disappointment was taste of food .

Good enough for a one-two nighter. It's on the main road, right on the Green Circle. Their executive room is a decent option for a single person, while it can accommodate two. Road facing rooms can get noisy. Plus their generator in the night or early morning was too loud. Rooms are basic, can improve bathroom fittings. Their breakfast option is good, staff is friendly and courteous. Basement parking can hold 3-4 cars.

It's an awesome place to stay in ! The attendees were very humble and helpful.. location is great .. just one thing is that it is a no smoking property.. you can not smoke cigarettes.. rest all is perfect , food is decent and pocket friendly ..

It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Royal Grande with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, Breakfast and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the food rate is reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
