An excellent newly buildup home stay with all facilities and systematic arrangement of things. Very Clean and tidy. Gives feeling like another home away from home....Highly recommended for family to come for visit to VIT.

This is really nice, quiet homestay, just mins away from VIT gate no. 11. It's away from the hustle bustle of the university town. Host is amazingly nice. Even when he was superbusy with this own schedule, he made sure that all our queries/issues (if any) were resolved. I stayed here in Apr 2023. Room provided was really big, super clean, well maintained. Maid was available for cleaning. All other facilities were also there like RO, fridge, clothes drying rack, washing machine, gas etc. I did not use washing machine and gas though.

Great experience, room was very clean and very well maintained with all necessities exactly as shown in pictures . Location too is good . VIT gate no 11 is at walkable distance VIT main gate too is quiet closeby very peaceful locality. Staying at Yaa residency was really a very pleasant experience. Great host Mr. Arun is extremely polite and helpful . Great place & great hosting. I Highly recommend it !!

The reviews only prompted me to visit Yaa Residency. Stayed there with my family for two days and now am left with no choice but to place my review as 5/5. Please note, it’s a homestay. One spacious (king size bed) bedroom is available for the guest. It is an A/C room with attached bathroom. Has got electric kettle to make tea/ coffee. Coffee powder, tea bags, dairy powder and sugar are provided too. It has space for an extra mattress too. The house is kept spick and span. One car can be comfortably parked in the porch. It is just 4 minutes walk from the Gate 11 of VIT and a 16 minutes walk from VIT main gate. Those who would like to prepare their own food can use the kitchen facility or else the food delivery apps will deliver the food of your choice to the door step. If available, this is an apt place for parents who visit their wards studying at VIT. Thank you Mr Arun (owner) for your hospitality and all help. See you again 👍🏻!

One of the most comfortable stays i have ever had. A very nice place to stay. spacious ac rooms with clean bathrooms. Those who are worried about the bathroom cleanliness can definitely choose this place. Good air circulation and sunlight. overall feels a positive energy here. The home stay owner is also a very nice person. If we needed something, We would just call them and we would get it right away. Its in a residential area filled with vit faculties and walkable distance to 11th gate of vit. It's a perfect place for families whoes coming for any purposes in vit

Nice place to stay for family and individual also, quite and silent place,jio, airtel also works fine, you can do your office work also silently. It's home stay have kitchen facility,. Swiggy hv service for out side food , owner is very cooperative and good nature respectful gentleman. Location is 5 min walking from VIT gate. VIT complex is so big that it self you hv to use Auto or own vehicle.

It was a memorable experience staying at Yaa residency. Felt as if staying in our own home.Awesome experience. Only problem was of conveyance due to its interior location but it was easily handled by the helpful caretaker.

This is a house ( not hotel) with all the amenities at very reasonable price. I fully enjoyed my stay. I will never think to stay any where in Vellore except this house. This facility is perched a little away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and that itself adds value to the property especially if you drive your own vehicle. It's a well designed, compact house with a common living area, dining area and kitchen. The owner of the property was very friendly and took measures to ensure our stay was quite comfortable. If you're planning to visit VIT and are looking for a no-nonsense type of accommodation then go for it blindly. Also remember to articulate your specific needs and plans so that customisation wherever possible can be made. The property has limited covered parking and food delivery is quite common in the locality. Update The place is getting a face lift with better roads and parking space.

Located in a very peaceful and safe locality in Vellore. We had a comfortable stay and the host was very helpful and humble. The room was spacious and clean with basic amenities available. The only con i felt was the additional cooking charges was a bit on the higher side as it was a shared kitchen. Other than this its a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this place for families visiting Vellore.

If you like "homestay" then this is the best place for you in Vellore without any thought. Almost walkable distance from VIT, very peaceful location, much specious and complete furnished room (bed, sofa, fixed tables, wardrobes, ac, electric kettle, smart tv etc.) neat-n-clean, all well placed. Very sober, soft-spoken 'attendant' who can guide you well in all aspects. I stayed with my family along with the kids, they also enjoyed a lot in this place and my purpose of visit is completely served. It was really a great experience overall.

We came Vellore for business trip and stayed for three days...Its suitable place for family with kitchen and the room is well maintained and clean. I surprised to see one negative review about the property, but it was false information. Host is well cooperative. We could get rental bike for local transport... The stay was amazing... we will viit again

The property resides just a few meters away from VIT gate 3. The host is extremely kind and helpful. My mother lived there for a week while I attended classes in Vit. The residence is clean, spacious with working electricity, good wifi and AC bedroom. Altogether it is the best option for students if your parents are visiting, as it is close by and you can have access to a kitchen for a more homely feel.

Yaa residency is a beautiful homestay near VIT University. The house is well maintained with all the necessary amenities. We had to extend our stay and the owner was humble enough to accept our last minute request. The accomodation is perfect for parents/gaurdians visiting students at VIT.
