Went to Petsmart in Caguas Plaza Centro, hugeee parking, lots of employes with exellent service. Took my dog there, no problems at all. Will be back.

Visit the "Me Salvé" store, be shocked by the way it has evolved. This store has been serving Puerto Ricans for more than 20 years. They have to visit it, the variety of merchandise for all areas of the home is incredible. From something as simple as a buckle to everything you need to decorate your home. The store is by department is a ¡Mega Me Salvé!. They follow the established protocol. The attention of their associates is excellent. You have to visit it.

Good stores, good stuff & excellent service. But if you go shopping do it early During week, weekends are crazy to get out of the parking. ..

Costco is my favorite for food, clothes and the convenience of having my car & tires checked or changed while I do shopping. Jewelry repairs at the mall, Macy's,, Sam's, Sketchers, etc.

Decent mall with decent variety of shops. Removed 2 stars just because of the terrible entry/exit logistics from and to the mall, it's the worst mall to enter and exit, specially on high traffic and high volumes times, traffic logistics where not defined properly in the early design phases of the mall.

It's a great place to visit, however the food court did not have proper air conditioning. The temperature was 82 degrees. Not cool!!!

Make sure you verify that the store you need is open because there are many empty/closed shops. Good for general shopping needs; food court has a decent variety of cuisines.

Anything you need can be found, however the access to the mall is most of the time very complex. The access roads are limited and in very bad shape. The best stores with the worst accessibility. It seems the administration is working on the mall access, it is a lot better.

This shopping center has 2 owners. The Plazas centro mall 1(the original strip mall) and Plaza centro Mall2 that have the covered part with the strip mall (where Sam's, Costco, JC Penney, Office max area located). The mall have a variety of stores, but my first complain is the common areas (eg. Parking) in the the Plaza Centro 1 and that this part of the mall more than 40% of the location are empty. My second complaint and more important, is the entrance and exit of the mall. They only have 2 and the congestion in pick hours are insane.

Was there for a quick stop for lunch ! We ate at churches. Service was fast, lunch rush just finished! Food was fresh and hot! Location wasn't very clean. Needs overhaul intensive cleaning..

Is a great place to visit for all you daily things to do. The only and terrible thing is how to get in and out of the mall because the bad design for two only entrance. Traffic is terrible and is a headache and hard to find parking on pay day, and holidays. The administration and the Mayor and government need to work on another option for get into the parking lot.

Find everything you could possibly need in one convenient spot with great meal selections as well.

Good luck trying to exit from the mall after you finish your purchases. There is only 2 exits

There are two entrances to Plaza Centro Mall.The entrance on Rafael Cordero has two accesses. The entrance on road 32 is the only access to enter or leave the mall. It has a limited road space provoking traffic congestion when there is an overflow of vehicles for the high number of people on the road at the same time.

I love the variety of stores, restaurants and fast foods it has; and it has suffiente parking in 3 areas; You will always find something to buy...

It's a great place. They have a lot of great stuff.

Plaza Centro is a decent mall in the middle of Caguas. Great places to eat surrounded it, among them the one and only Fuddruckers. In the mall you have a great array of stores, some unique, like a gaming store, and all the telecommunications stores are represented as well.
