+ The hostel is located near the center (the old town) and the train stations, all within walking distance. Nearby is a grocery store, a public transport stop. Beautiful interior, comfortable patio and lobby with plenty of sofas for guests. A large dining room where there was always room for everyone. The staff is friendly, polite and positive, speaks English. Standard hostel breakfasts include bread, cheese, butter, sausage, flakes, fresh vegetables, boiled eggs. One morning (for the 3 days I lived there) there was a jam cake. Tea and coffee are available to guests at any time. Wi-Fi catches in all areas of the hostel. Enough showers / toilets, never been queued. The beds are comfortable, soft, the lockers work. Cleaning is daily, always clean in all rooms. The hostel is home to many young people from different countries. - I lived here in August - in the room, especially in the afternoon, it was very stuffy, a small window that opened did not help to freshen the air. There are no clothes hangers in the showers, there are no soap / shampoo shelves in the showers.

The staff was helpful. The environment overall was nice. Just two cons: 1) There’s no place for you to hang your hand-washed clothes. Yes, the dryer is free to use. BUT, using the dryer just for drying your underwear and socks? Save polar bears! 2) The noise from the kitchen and rooms next door is very clear. It feels like there’s no door or wall in between.

Convenient location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Secured locker is located near each bed. Room was clean. There is a toilet + shower block for each room, it is marked with its name. However, if your wc is occupied you can use the next one, dedicated for other room. Sleeping areas is on one hand and showers on the other hand of a long corridor. This is also very convenient because your neighbors don’t hear you singing in the shower or toilet;) Be aware that towels and toiletries are not included in room price. You can bring your own or rent towels at the reception and buy shower gel and shampoo there.

Clean, cheap and easy Not much atmosphere but it was good enough for us. The washing was easy to use and detergent is provided. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean with good pressure.

Such a lovely place to stay in Krakow!! It's close to everything, It was so clean, modern, cozy, and quite comfortable, Breakfast was very good although there weren't many options but for many people they don't have more than that at home!! Staff were very friendly and helpful especially receptionists:) If I ever visit Krakow for the third time then I would definitely stay in this Hostel again!

A fantastic hostel for the price it asks The staff was super nice to me, even providing me something to eat before the breakfast time started. Truly recommended. The rooms are clean and include blankets (not towels) and lockers so one can feel safe.

It is a great hostel! I had a really good experience here, The beds are amazing! It could be a bit noisy in the rooms sometimes, especially in the weekand, since there are more party people that come to their bed very late There is a rule that is must be quite after 22:00 The bathrooms get cleaned everyday The workers are very Nice! and they are helpfull and kind as the check in desk Ther is also an Option of getting breakfast, but you have to pay extra for it, (I haven't tried this)

Good hostel but something missing. Not really the fault of the management though. Not a great vibe throughout bit it's a decent hostel and clean.

Lovely hostel at fantastic price. I was in many hostels in European cities and no joke this is probably best one of them. Clean, comfy beds, access to washing machines. WiFi strong and fast. Pretty much everything you need on the road is there.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beds and excellent breakfast. Clean and brand new rooms. Super friendly staff creating a relaxed atmosphere. We'll be back!

I have stayed in hostels in many countries. Believe me, I have never seen anything like this. Staff are great, facilities are great. Rooms are cleaned every day. The location is close to the centre. Definitely stay here.

Great staffs but the room is quite small, and the WiFi is so bad most expecially the rooms in -2. I was there for one week and I had no single network on my phone unless you had to come to the reception to make calls and then be back inside. Poor toilet, the rooms are hot.

I let my phone charger in the room and I forgot it before leaving the room definitely. When I came back to take it back, it was disappeared. When I asked to the reception, they said maybe the cleaning person took it. It was a fast charger and I really miss it...

The price is incredibly cheap, it is well located but the rooms are a little bit small and the bathrooms are bad

Good location, rooms are okay. However, we had no connection and no wifi (probably because our room was at floor -2). And it was impossible to sleep because some residents were partying and nobody told them to stop.

The rooms are small and hot, AC didn’t work, they didn’t clean the toilet for the whole weekend even if we complained. The walls are thin, you hear your neighbours. It was really bad.

First: I have stayed at several hostels in Cracow since I travel here every year with upper secondary students. This is the worst experience I have had about a hostel. The ventilation sounded a lot all night. You could hear people in the other rooms talk so it was very thin walls between the rooms. The toilet/showers was not cleaned during our stay (4 days), so it was very dirty. I complained to the personal who promised to clean a little bit later. She didn't do it, so I complained the next day again to another in the staff, and he said that is was cleaned. Please look at the photo I took - that is not cleaned! I expect public toilets to be in better conditions than this hostels toilets. The neighborhood didn't feel safe to walk in as a alone woman. The wifi-signal did not work quite often. Were there something good? The beds and the breakfast were ok.
