I
wouldnt
even
give
them
the
one
star
but
had
to

could.write
review....This
tour
company
is
an
absolute
disgrace.
We
booked
to
go
Auschwitz,
my.partner
needed
to.have
2
toilet
stops
on
the
way
and
we
got
kicked
off
the
bus,
at
a
small
service
station
in
the
middle
of
nowhere.
They
said
that
they
arranged
taxi
to
pick
us
up.to.take.us
back
to
krakow,
we
was
there
for
2
hours!!
They
tried
to
over
charge
us
to.get
home
so
a
local
lady
called
a
taxi
and
got
us
back
to
Krakow
which
was
a
40
minute
drive.
Myself
and
my
partner
called
the
tour
office
an
the
were
rude,
they
wanted
us
to
pay
another
£150
for
the
tour
for
the
next
day!!!
I
spoke
to
the
manager
and
made
it
clear
that
I
would
not
be
paying
anymore
money
for
a
tour.
After
4
hours.he
called
back
an
had
booked
us
on
tour.next
day.
This
ruined
our
whole
day
as
it
was
a
wasted
day
stood.aroumd
in
middle
of
nowhere
trying
to
get
back
home.
The.next
day
on
the
actual
tour
was
no
better.
It
was
rushed,
the
guide
tried
to.rush
us
through
the
buildings,
it
was
unorganised
chaos.
We
had
no
apology
off
the
tour
company,
no
refund
for
the
extra
cost
of
the
taxi
we
had
to
pay
to
get
home.
I
will
be
writing
an
official
email
regarding
this
as
its
dangerous
to
leave
2
people
standard
in
the
middle
of
nowhere
in
a
carpark!!
Absolute
disgrace
of
a
company
and
staff
were
unhelpful,
rude,
obnoxious
&
are
not
in
the
right
business
with
their
attitudes.
This
company
is
the
only
thing
that
made
me
upset
in
poland,
they
made
it
a
bad
experience
when
the
rest
of
Krakow
was
beautiful.
Would
not
recommend
these
at
all.
