When I came to the store the next day to cancel the order and collect the money, I heard that the lady would not give me the money back because it was not in the cash register and that I should come back another time to get the money. The situation would have been different if I had received information about the late order in advance, and not on the day when I was already waiting for the furniture to be delivered, 15 minutes before the store closed.

BRW showroom in Jelcz-Laskowice - terrible customer service. Once the goods are received, the customer no longer counts. There is one lady serving who cannot deliver the goods because she is alone in the store and will not move until all the customers leave the salon, which is impossible on Saturdays.

I am very satisfied with my purchases at Black Red White in Jelcz-Laskowice. I ordered furniture that looks beautiful, quick delivery, and the quality is absolutely fine. The manager has no problems, she explains everything thoroughly, tries to meet the customer's expectations, and is very nice. Everything is a plus. I recommend :)

Professional service in the salon. Competent ladies who care about the client's interests and often contact us by phone and e-mail. Effective, efficient, nice. The store employees themselves blame the manager and warehouse workers for the wrong issue of items... as a result, we are left without one door and in great distaste. And the store doesn't even try to resolve the situation. They only care about the money and customer satisfaction is the last thing they care about.

I recommend this furniture showroom. The lady who prepared my order took care of all the details that I didn't necessarily think about when ordering furniture.
