The lady at the cash register had a problem with returning the shoes "just because" and starts her technical gibberish which, honestly, is of little interest to anyone. I say that according to the regulations it is possible, to which she replies again: "Oh, blah blah blah...". Then I wanted to buy other shoes, but the promotion for them only works on the Internet, so she suggested an order, which was supposed to arrive in two days. So I agreed, the lady placed an order for me. Today is the 4th day of the shoes, they haven't arrived, I don't even know what's going on with the order and the money has been paid...

The level of customer service is very low. The same lady served me twice yesterday, both times I felt like an intruder in this store. No thank you, no goodbye, no please. And in the end, I had to return to this store because the blonde lady who served me did not check the shoe sizes and one was in size 38 and the other in size 36. Returning to this store, I told about the whole situation. The lady suddenly started laughing and the only thing she said was " oh my I don't even know where the shoe number is, so please bring the right shoe. Should I bring it? Is it me who works there or the blonde lady? I didn't want to pay attention to the saleswoman there, considering the number of people waiting in line. While looking for the right shoe, I noticed that the shoes in each box were mixed up. To find the right shoe, I had to search through each box. Sometimes I wonder why these ladies are there when the shoes are not even put into boxes in the right size and the saleswomen do not know the rules of manners. The whole action cost me a special visit to ccc again and I didn't even hear a word of sorry. I do not recommend

The store is very large and I think everyone will find something for themselves. However, the disgust after today's visit remains in my memory and I cannot remain indifferent to it. I would like to point out that the store is open until 9 p.m., so if a customer buys something at 8:40 p.m., he or she has the right to do so. I understand everything... you can be tired at this hour. However, you cannot make the customer feel like an intruder in a place that would not function without the customer and his money. The client pays and the employees have a job and a salary :) That's what it's all about. The lack of saying "good morning" or "goodbye" is very poor. I felt very stupid and the ladies were gossiping about another client. Something clearly went wrong :) I believe that you can overwork yourself for 20 minutes and make such a customer come back to you. I honestly prefer CCC in Auchan, which is nearby. They always welcome you there with a big smile and no one is offended because they have to work.

Very nice, competent and helpful staff. Complaint formalities were handled very quickly.
