Newly constructed Hotel resort owned by the Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation offers limited accommodation with few rooms and no restaurant. Located on the bank of lake singotam offers scenic beauty and adjacent to Singotam fort and temple. Boating services are available. Have to book the hotel well in advance to get reservations as are normally booked by the movie and serial makers.

Very nice location , Sun rise view is to be defined as Million dollar view, but need some improvement such as to provide pantry service at least make provision for Tea in evening morning at the cot of visitor ,rooms also need to argument with latches in bath room door ,door handles etc. Over all it is good place for weekend for 3 to 4 days

Hotel facing towards a beautiful lake view. Greenary around. Only accommodation is provided no food still.

This place is definitely not for family. Apart from lake view nothing else to see here. It's very remote. No restaurants nearby as well.
