To get in to see him took awhile but the wait was worth it. He was personable, listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for my care I agreeded with. I needed authorization for the tests he ordered, within 2 days I received a call from his office with the authorization. The whole process was fast and easy. Dr Yalvac is impressive!

Dr. Cohen is amazing doctor. He cares for his patients. He is pretty friendly, he makes my husband and I feel so comfortable each time we visit his office. Dr Ersani listens and cares about his patients. Also very accommodating with telephone or teledoc appointments. Latest appointment was for sonogram. Technician was 30 minutes late but she apologized profusely and was incredibly efficient. So all good

Doctor Yalvac listens and talks with you; not "at" you. Always seems to have time to spend with you even though he is very busy. Never seems rushed. His staff from the front desk to check out are also excellent.

Dr Yalvac is such an amazing doctor. He is very personable and treats his patients as he would want to be treated. He has great bedside manners and explains everything in full detail. This was my initial appointment with Dr Yalvac. He was very thorough with his questions relating to my health and truly listened to me. We set out a plan moving forward with testing and made some adjustments to my current medications. He has really instilled confidence in my treatment plan.

Very Thorough first visit with Doctor Yalvac seeing to understand my current conditions and what I am doing to maintain and improve my health. He has a wonderful personality, open to hearing my experiences and opinions without judgement. He has prescribed all the tests expected to verify previous records and current conditions. I appreciate all that he has started to be able to point me in the right direction and maintain my health.

Dr. Yalvac takes time to listen to what I have to say about my condition, assesses the facts and gives me a detailed description of options for treatment. His assistants have meticulous attention to detail and that makes me feel comfortable with the process. I am satisfied with my office visits.

Everyone was on point my appointment was at 10:00 am I arrived a few minutes earlier, filled out my form, and at exactly 10:00 am I was called in to begin the process. And everything was completed on time. My credit goes to Edward who conducts the test and administers the liquids, monitors the heart is amazing. It was a very busy day many patients 6-7 patients at any given time and yet he stayed on point. He was kind, courteous, patient and showed concern making sure that patients were conformable.

Dr Yalvac is very warm and makes you laugh, too. You start feeling better right away. He is also very knowledgeable, explains things well and gladly answers all your questions. He’s a great doctor you can like and trust.

I have looked for a good cardiologists for a long, long time. I come from a physicians family and know that there is no point in going to a Doctor Who is not first rate. Dr Yalvac is an absolutely outstanding physician. He is superior at evaluating problems and finding solutions and does whatever it takes to get the right answers. Dr. Cohen is great, however, getting a hold of someone to speak to when calling on the phone is horrible. Leaving a message does not help at all. I don't know where the messages go!

I think my current experience was a yes & no answer. Don't get me wrong, I do have a lot of respect for Dr. Islami. I also like to do my own homework in my medical issues too! Once I saw my A1C was up I know what I have to do to correct this, and I will. Cardio is the answer and not just increasing my meds. I will have my A1C and Glucose back to normal in a few months without increasing my current medications. I was trying a product called Glucofort and it didn't work! Yet I didn't know it until I did the testing to find this out! So, I back to square one and will get my blood back to normal once again.

Dr. Yalvac is very personable, and is a doctor who actually listens to what you have to say. (Many don't!) I trust him and his judgment regarding my health care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Yalvac was amazing. He was so friendly and kind and immediately put me at ease. I have severe anxiety with doctors and don’t usually get along with them. Dr. Yalvac came up with a plan for me and took the time to explain everything which made me feel better about the medication I was taking. I previously saw a different doctor here and didn’t have a good experience. I recommend everyone to switch to Dr. Yalvac if you can!

Amazed out how fast check-ins are. The front-end is very well run, with pleasant people to interact with. Dr. Yalvac is also great to work with. I get a true sense of caring from him. He also has a very friendly and engaging personality.

The experience was wonderful ...from the short wait to the actual procedure. I was especially pleased with Alfred who went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable and he talked me through every step of the procedure informing me what was going to happen next and about how long each step would take. Knowing this made it so much easier as I did not have to guess when things would happen and how long it would take. Many kudos to him!!

Dr. Mahmoud Eslami is a caring dedicated physician who is very knowledgeable in all issues related to the heart and cardiovascular system. He is easy to talk with and follows a protracted approach to pin down the issues you are experiencing. I highly recommend Dr. Eslami for any symptoms that relate to your heart.

I am leaving one star for DR. PAUL MELTZER ONLY. I wouldn't feel safe as a person of color or Spanish speaker in the same room as this doctor. I never want to see this doctor again, and I wouldn't want anyone else who might not have enough agency to advocate for themselves to be in the care of someone so insensitive and culturally-incompetent. The receptionists, check-out, and the office manager were all nice - but I've never experienced the level of disrespect from anyone in the medical field before. My mom was referred to this practice by her primary care provider, and I came to drop her off. She doesn't speak much English, but because Dr. Meltzer speaks Spanish, she was going to see him alone. In the last moment, she asked me to go in with her. Things felt off immediately, he was rushing and not taking time to ask A NEW PATIENT her medical history with good bedside manners. He sounded exasperated, blamed us for not having a full record of her 20yr medical history after having a stroke, and soon started mocking the medical insurance my mom has, saying he would have to "invoke the insurance gods" to see if that insurance would approve any of the procedures he would request. He also made repetitive comments about her weight mentioning that her issues wouldn't stop unless "she got healthy." He didn't bother to ask about her health journey but simply said she was very overweight and not healthy. As soon as I mentioned that I didn't like the condescending tone with which he was speaking to us, he got defensive and started towering toward me (I was sitting down and he was standing up, holding a laptop). My mom, not understanding fully the conversation we were having in English, noticed that he was getting near me with the laptop (less than a foot away) and was very visibly agitated - she looked concerned. I had to put my hand out so he would back away. I asked what the next steps were so that I could explain to my mom in Spanish and he dismissed me with, "Well, the next steps are for you to get out of this room." If I wounded whatever male ego he had by speaking up I don't care, he is there to make sure patients are taken care of and should not be making comments that are irrelevant to the care they should be receiving. Choose a different doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Eslami for several years now. He is very personable, professional and competent. All the staff that I have interacted with have always been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Cardiology Specialist of Orange County.

I was very happy with Dr. Eslami. However, I was unhappy to sit in the room waiting for 45 minutes to meet with the Dr. then have a less than 5 minute meeting with him to say that all tests were good. Couldn't the office have called me to tell me that? I'd rather have sat in the waiting area where I could use my phone.
