The owner, PJ, was somewhat rude. I thought he was a little arrogant on the phone when I asked him to help with a door lock issue at my place of business. Telling me, before even looking at the lock, that is was probably bad keys or needed to be oiled. I told him the keys were good and that they had always worked. Not a big deal until he insisted on getting paid right then and there by my employee. Not good business! My employee told me that he was very rude and he said to her " I told her that it was the keys", meaning me. I have had locks changed and keys made for another of my businesses and I was invoiced by that locksmith. I have never had someone demand payment then and there. I invoice my customers. I don't assume they won't pay me.

The folks at Ramona locksmith are very knowledgeable and personable. They have never let me down. They are located in the alley way behind Mobil gas station. Their prices are very fair. I had a problem at other shops that cut keys. Other places in town tried to cut my car key but failed. Ramona locksmith got it on the first try. It's definitely my go to place.

The owner is really nice and does his service at a good value. About 1/3 less than other places. I got car keys made and programed and they work perfectly. A bonus is that he works in his shop on Saturday. The other key places do emergency service only. Note it is a bit hard to find if Google takes you the back way. Stay on 67 and turn in at the gas station just after country Cafe. You will then drive strait toward it.

Great service, Great price, Extra Helpful with my old car and old worn out keys. I will never go anywhere else for a locksmith. He even did something to fix my broken door handle and make it easier for me to use, Just to be nice!

PJ is a great locksmith. He is very reasonably priced and extremely conscientiousness about his work. He is the only locksmith we will use from now on.

What a wonderful shop!!. Took my car key, which has the trunk and door lock on it that had stopped working in . Reynard was a delight, happily repaired it for me while I waited.
