This place is absolutely atrocious! I called several times to get myself scheduled for just a routine physical and when they finally answered the phone there was a ton of chatting people in the background that were all laughing and not helping the new girl on the phone with scheduling my appointment. I called them to reschedule my appointment and was told for a 3rd time they couldn't locate my file. I discovered it's because they still had my previous name on file (of which I had taken 10 minutes ea. time the last 3 times I supposedly updated it on file), looks like that still wasn't updated. I was on hold for 10 min this time while the person found out how late in the day they do labs, she told me she as waiting on a text back in a group chat. What are these people even doing? The lack of professionalism, record keeping and general knowledge is ridiculous at this place. I will be finding a new PC right away. Simple things like scheduling and updating records should not be this complicated and the lack of professionalism is outrageous.

This location is always full of polite and professional individuals. In particular, I would like to give special recognition to Sarah Landis. Sarah has proven time and time again she fights for her patients and takes the time to understand what you're struggling with. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable and makes sure you are heard. Best location if you want professional, personable care!

For the first time in many years, I’ve finally found a fantastic physician! Dr. Jackson helped me more in 15 minutes than others have in the past ten years: absolutely incredible bedside manner and attention to detail. The staff smiled and made me feel welcome before, during, and after my appointment. 10/10!

Dr Coby Jackson and his office staff is wonderful. They make you feel at.ease and relax. Great personality and ability to detract a problem with accuracy change medication when needed ahead of time. I love Dr. Cody Jackson and his staff. I am a new patient and I was nervous going into the office but they made me feel right at home.. they are very professional and friendly.

I have been going to the Perlman Clinic for several years now. At the reception area I have always been treated with dignity and respect before even seeing my primary Dr. My primary Dr. has always taken a deep interest in my reasons for seeing him. Together, he and I have addressed many of my ailments, with compassion, and success. I live a healthier and better life as a direct result of my care through all the good people of the Pearlman Clinic.

The Doctor's assistant was very kind and knowledgeable. The Doctor was awesome. He and I both have a love of ties. He said he is one of the few Doctors who still wears a tie and I am one if the few teachers that wears a tie. Great atmosphere with the receptionists also. Pleasant visit.

Dr Jackson is very nice and thorough. This was my first in person visit with him. He didn’t rush. The assistants were also friendly and kind. I have been going to Perlman clinic for a couple of years and am very happy with them.

My first time here my nurse Carla made me feel like comfortable being there. And Dr. Henry was so nice & attentive to my concerns and the reason for my visit.

WORST primary care provider I have ever experienced. Nurse practitioner- Stephanie Reittinger was SO incredibly rude I couldn’t even believe it. Belittled me and made me feel like I was “exaggerating” about the pain. Broke down in tears while speaking to her because I felt so unheard. The nurses were nice and maybe other doctors are better but she provided me with the worst experience when I was sick with a 104 degree fever for a month.

From the customer service to the staff and P.A Dr. They all very friendly and treated you kindly and respect. The place clean and very professional. I preferred visit on weekday. I could rate 6 stars if is available. Thank you Karoleen and P.A Vania and the customer service staffs. It’s great place to visit when you need care.

Everyone was welcoming and approachable! Special shout out to my nurse, I did not get a chance to get his name, and the doctor Michael! I am glad I was able to brighten your day as you have brightened mine early morning. Michael is very knowledgeable in the medical field and he helped answer all my questions. He reminded me that my health concerns are part of biology and I shouldn’t feel embarrassed in opening up about it. Thank you for also sharing a bit about yourself, it’s refreshing getting to know our medical providers on a personal note.

Front Desk, the medical assistant (nurse) and Provider (Ms. Arroyo) were very professional and attentive.

I recently switched from Scripps to UCSD after 23 years, and I couldn't be happier with my new doctor. I was very fortunate to meet Dr. Rebecca Henry who has been so kind and compassionate, and is definitely the best Dr that I've had in the last 23 years! She actually listened and cared about my concerns. She ordered all the tests that I needed, and referred me to several specialists within just a few days. She went over everything with me and was extremely thorough. I no longer dread going to the doctor! I'm so grateful to have switched doctors and found her!

Professional, courteous, and just plain awesome! This place is what most people look for in a doctors office. They go the extra mile to ensure patients needs and concerns are addressed completely. And no, I do not work with/for this group.

Friendly office staff, but the physician that I chose with my Medicare advantage plan is pretty much checked out. I fell in January and shattered my pelvis and crushed three vertebrae. I saw him in May for a follow-up appointment after I was discharged from the rehab facility. Again. He did not do a physical exam. Did not ask me about pain. The whole visit was weird. I decided to give him another chance. Went for my annual Medicare visit about a month ago. Office staff is very friendly. The physician pretty much just chatted with me for 20 25 minutes. I was never putting a gown. My vital signs were even taken. No physical assessment was done whatsoever even though I had a very big concern. I asked for a referral to a gastroenterologist and it did not have happen. I'm just shaking my head at this post pandemic. Apathy and just wondering how somebody can look at themselves in the mirror knowing that they could have harmed someone with INDIFFERENCE! Dr. Fangerow. You chose the wrong line of work......

It’s always a little stressful to change Drs offices, however I was very impressed by everyone at this office. The staff is amazing.They all work together very well. I wish every Drs office was like this one.

Plenty of parking and very clean facilities. Staff was professional, polite and personable. Wait time was short. Dr. Fangerow, DO was great! I found the right Doctor.

Was able to make an appointment the day is service, was seen promptly. The service was very good, had to get an x-ray and the doctor promptly called me with the results. Highly recommend.

Sarah Landis is one of the best PCP I've ever had. She really takes time to discuss all your concerns and answer your questions. She goes above and beyond what I ever expected. All the other staff are excellent too. I'm really happy with my care here. Thank you.

Gosh, I love Perlman Clinic. They make things so convenient, offer virtual care, and even added some labs to my visit same day so I can save time.

The visit was great, your staff do a phenomenal caring job. However, I did not choose Perlman, I choose Dr Pitt and he decided to go with Perlman. I would have gone wherever he was. He has and continues to be a great Dr., whom I have know for probably 25-30yrs. He was my dad's Dr, took care of my mom and takes good care of me.

The nurse and women at the front desk were great. The doctor wasn’t great to me, I had Dr.Pitt. He was a little condescending, barely checked my neck/throat and had me up my dosage of Amoxicillin to three when I didn’t even need it. I later went to a different urgent care where they really cared about me, had me pay up front, and tested for mono and strep. Turns out the amox was causing me stomach problems as well. There was also a pretty big mistake booking my appointment. I don’t recommend this place. My nurse was super friendly though and the location was clean and well kept.

It’s always been a great visit. No one likes to go to see the doctor but it’s great going here. Everyone is very nice. So thank you for making me feel welcome at your office. Dr. Jackson is great to by the way sorry. Thank you

I just moved to El Cajon from the middle of nowhere in Washington State with multiple health that I could not get taken care of without expense and low quality of care I did a lot of research to find the right Clinic to help me heal all my illnesses and they are numerous. Then I found an insurance plan that pays for this kind of healthcare. Integrated medicine and wellness is the key to get well and start living again. I have all the support and team members working together to help me. Let me also say I have seen many people just walk in without a problem in the town I lived in I had to wait for weeks to see someone or go to the ER. Perlman Clinic has multiple locations and need to work to help you get well.

I've been going to Perlman clinic for about a year now, and I have been treated really good there. I've seen 3 different doctors and two PAs, both PAs Sarah Landis, and Amy Supernaw are great. My current Dr. Cody Jackson is very thorough!

Dr. Fangerow was awesome. He listened to all my concerns and spent time to address each issue without making me feel rushed. I’m lucky to have come across him

Absolutely amazing!!! From the pleasant receptionists to the waiting time to seeing my wonderful doc. I am a new patient and chose PCLM for my primary care. Everything went smoothly. My doctor really listened to everything to what I was saying, even just simple inquiries and was immediately set up with referrals to check them out. I appreciated the extra questions just to make sure nothing was left out. Usually clinics have the tendency to make patients feel less than human or so quick to overlook issues. Here is not the case. I'm glad I made the right decision in my health journey for 2024.

Overall great experience. My first time to this clinic to establish new care. Clean office, friendly intake and MA. Dr. Henry was very nice, welcoming and warm. Arrived early to fill out paperwork and was seen promptly afterwards. Good positive experience, will be back to continue care at this clinic.

Had the best experience here! The front desk lady’s were very sweet and personable. I believe Vanessa did my ekg and she was absolutely awesome! Then I had Dr. Henry and he was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He made me feel very comfortable/calmed my nerves and made sure to explain everything clearly to me and tried to make it a super easy experience :)

Dr. Henry was great! Energetic, friendly and easy to talk to. As I told him, he was the first doctor ever to ask me about my dietary habits, the cornerstone of good health!
