Was seen fairly quickly after coming in as soon as they opened. The waiting room is hot and stuffy, it's Santee so the air conditioning needs to be on in the summer. Visit went fast, but waited 30 minutes for paperwork that never got completed. Ended up leaving without it. Staff was friendly.

I went to AFC on Monday afternoon l had a problem moving my neck. I thought it was a stiff neck. But l was in so much pain. The wait was short about 45 minutes. They helped me register. They were so professional and efficient. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I had a muscle spasm. I received a shot for the pain and medication muscle relaxer and pain medicine. It was a Great experience better than the ER any day. Wonderful Staff. This is my new place to go for an Emergency!!

The staff there was very kind, patient, helpful & thorough. Besides the waiting in the lobby once taken in everyone was efficient. I've had some chest pain, congestion, shortness of breath & severe cough for over 12 days. Came in to see if I can figure out why it hasn't gotten better & hopefully get some relief. I love the doctor on board that day. She's good 👍 she listened to my issues & took the necessary tests to help decipher what's going on. She also ordered my pharmacist the necessary meds to help me feel better ☺

They got me in within minutes of me arriving and filling out the forms on my phone. Make sure to fill out the links they send you before you go in to make it quicker. The doctor was amazing and did the small surgery quick and painless. I was in and out within an hour and everyone was very helpful and nice.

Took my daughter in yesterday.....the front receptionist was not friendly. The medical assistants did not seem professional and did not seem to know exactly what they were doing. Tried to do an EKG on my daughter at least five times.....and still not certain the results were correct. The doctor had no "bedside" manner and was somewhat rude. I would not recommend going to this urgent care, unless you are desperate. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review for anyplace.

My daughter had a swollen finger due to playing basketball and twisted her finger back I took her to this Urgent Care gladly they accept tricare they did an amazing job taking X-rays and end up giving me a cd for pictures of fracture finger they also put a little finger cast on her pinky. The wait was one hour but worth the wait I didn’t want to go anywhere else further to town. Amazing Doctor and staffs we will be coming back hope not to soon but when needed.

We were weren’t sure if we should go to the ER or not. Dr Doumas was incredible. She did a very thorough exam and clearly explained the range of causes that may be causing the symptoms. She gave us great care. I would absolutely recommend her!

Had a couple wounds on my arms from a cat. The staff was very nice and helpful especially when I could not check in on my new phone. The receptionist did it for me. Dr. Michelle was very nice and informative. Great place would definitely recommend this urgent care!

Quickest, friendliest Urgent Care I have been to in a long time! Michelle was amazing both visits I have had recently. She was thorough, caring and knowledgeable. And I love they don't do unnecessary tests.

I went to AFC Urgent Care after going to several other clinics without resolution on my health concerns. I had Michelle as my provider and I thought she was the best! She quickly evaluated me and prescribed the medications that actually worked! I will 100% be coming back to see her for future health concerns!

First I saw Dr. at FHC in Spring Valley. He told me it looked like my finger was healing fine. I am going to try to post some pics. The thing is what started as a small skin split from dry weather ( comparable to a paper cut) had turned into a gash.Then on the other side of that finger, the knuckle closest to the tip of your finger had a deep wide split, the bottom half of my nail was gone and my finger was completely deformed. That second split happened while I was moisturizing regularly. Everyone who saw it said, that does not look like it’s “healing fine “. So I went to get a second opinion. I walked in with no appointment, was seen almost immediately, by a Dr. who listened to me to the point of understanding what I was trying to tell hero’s that she could give me the best medical attention possible. She said it looked like a fungal infection which actually made sense because I had been exposed to someone who had one. So grateful to Dr.Michelle! My finger is finally on the mend. All in all it took under 3 hours! Awesome job guys!

I appreciate your staff working diligently to get your patients in and out. I didn't wait very long to be seen, and was treated very professionally throughout the whole process. Upon leaving I was given educational information as well as my vitals just in case I needed to go to the emergency room following my visit. Definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs urgent Care!

Excellent care provided here. Staff is friendly and quick to service, doctor was friendly and thorough, took his time to explain diagnosis and treatment options in terms I could understand and made me laugh (much appreciated in my state of discomfort and fear). I would come back if needed and recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Dabrowski treated me with exceptional kindness and empathy. I was seen very quickly and given solid advice/solutions. I am very grateful that this resource exists, and if you're looking for good care on short notice this is the place for you.

AFC are very professional, attentive, and answer all questions you have. From the staff to the doctor they take very good care of you and explain everything. Dr Michael today was very patient and willing to listen to my thoughts and reasoning. You all deserve a raise.🤗♥️
