This is a well managed and very efficient dental office. They observe all the safety protocols during Covid-confinement, and I appreciate that. The staff is friendly and personable. The office managers try to save my money, to make each visit a better value for me. The office is on the fourth floor and has beautiful city and bay views.

Place is terrible. Full of hack dentists who can’t do their jobs right, don’t own up to their mistakes and leave you to foot the bill to repair massive mistakes left behind in your mouth as a result of their incompetence. Doctors and staff are rude, cocky, arrogant, incompetent, and show zero compassion for their patients. Go anywhere but here. Shame on all of you for breaking your Hippocratic oaths.

Charged me a copayment when they shouldn't have. Extremely slow, was there for over an hour just for an exam - no cleaning. Equipment was extremely dated and not as clean as a doctor's office should be. Told me my insurance wouldn't cover things they would. Told me I needed multiple fillings, when I went for a second opinion I was told I didn't need any. Not sure how this place has such high ratings. Employees were kind but seemed so busy that they can't possibly give high quality care.

I am new to the office. However I wanted to share my recent experience. I cant say enough about the staff, welcoming and friendly. I have some medical conditions and anxiety that make it difficult. However Dr. Saldana was so kind, patient, worked through my request. Did his best to save my tooth, despite bad experiences elsewhere. Dr. Saldana was just great, respectful and treated me with ease. Thanks to everyone who eased me.

I've been coming here since 2007 and while it was a bit of a rough start, that was mainly due to my lack of dental care prior. I've come here every 4 months (my choice) for 16 years now and always the people working there are very nice and professional. Some staff is still the same, some have changed, but I always feel like I am getting good care at a good price. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Saldano & Enoc. I also feel like Dr. Cory makes the right diagnosis and also recommends the most reasonable (necessity vs cost) method of care.

Affinity Dental of Hillcrest has been a great experience for me over the past two years. After my previous plan changed. And hunting down Dental offices. Which were not a good experience. From the entire front desk staff. To my hygienist Arnold, Marlene (his assistant) my Dentist Dr. Salvagno and the entire back staff. Everyone is great. Besides “THE ROOMS WITH A VIEW”. Thank you Affinity Dental :)

Superb Professionalism both from Dr Mari & Dr Sultana & their respective Dental Assistants. An acute awareness for my Gum and Nerve sensitivity, as well as adequate pain-blocking measures👍 The permanent’ Bridg’ constructed was a perfect fit, and installed flawlessly!
