Went in to exchange a jacket that the zipper was stuck. Originally was told there were 4 more in stock only to find out that was not true. Luckily, the clerks were able to help me fix the zipper so I didn’t need an exchange. Attempted to find some decent sweaters for upcoming photos but they didn’t have much left in stock.

Nice store, but low on sizes. Customer service was average. Not as kept up as other Old Navy stores.

Great prices. Store is open so I didn't use their curbside pick-up. Still have a $20.00 coupon that expires in Dec. Telephone payments to help me get started as a new credit card customer. Friendly but casual atmosphere where you can mask up and browse at your own leasure.

Decided to replace some jeans that were no longer useable. Chase was my cashier. Everything was going smoothly. Checked out and then went home. When I got home I decided to wear one of the new jeans I had bout BUT the security devices were still on the jeans. Went back to have the devices taken out. I showed the receipt to Sabrina (trainee) and pointed out that I had been in the store not 30 min ago. While she is taking the security devices off the jeans, she asks me if I had bought the jeans today. I reiterated that yes I had bought the jeans today and again showed her the receipt. This is the 2nd time this has happened to be at this particular location. Not happy with todays visit.

I went for masks that their online website stated were in stock, upon arrival found out they were not, so I looked at it as a wasted trip. Store layout was nice & open, checkout quick, you now get a digital receipt versus a paper one, not a bad choice. I just do not see ordering online & paying a shipping fee when it says the store had them in stock. I understand things happen but I would suggest the company reflect inventory appropriately.

Lots of sales racks. Everyone is super helpful and the store is always super clean. If you need a size or color that they don't have, just ask a sales representative and have them send it to your home directly from their website 😉 ♥ one of my favorite options from this store.
