Dr hernandez is really great. My appointment was at 9 and I didn’t get seen til almost 1030/11. Only problem is when I called to make appointment I strictly said I just wanted an ultrasound and pregnancy test and they told me okay and scheduled the appointment. When I arrived today, expecting to get an ultrasound, they informed me that they do not do ultrasounds and that I would need to go to a different dr. So now I’m waiting again to be seen.

Male PA needs to get off his high horse and let the doctor provide the patients with any news that may upset them, seeing as they don't have the sensibility, forethought, and obvious professionalism to provide consultation results to a patient, that by all medical rights falls on the doctor to provide, and not a physician's assistant. Remarking that "I'm here because the doctor doesn't have time" does not endow him with added medical responsibilities. If the doctor requested a second consultation to provide feedback on a recent test, then time should be made for the patient to be spoken to, which he eventually did, but not until after the PA's upsetting remarks. A proper understanding of ones responsibilities should be relayed to all employees.
