We were at Regal Imax to watch The Kerala Story movie with Family. It was my first time at the mall so had a little hard time finding parking and parking spot. Food court looked clean and big with lots of varieties. Imax theater was clean and nice audio. What I also likes at the theatre , they had a table setup “Stars of Hope” with merchandise from different movies on sale and all the proceeds from sale were donated to St. Jude.

GREAT workout! IMAX theater is upstairs and the escalators weren’t working so I climbed 4 sets of stairs plus a couple to reach my seat. When I reached my seat I tried to be discrete with my breathing but I think my seat neighbors could tell that I was fighting for my life. I’m glad I watched a long movie because I spent the first half physically recovering. 10/10 wouldn’t do it again though.

Typical multiplex I exited through the large bay doors on the too floor lobby and ended up in a secluded fenced area on level 4 the parking garage. Once outside, there was no way to return, no way to escape beyond the fence and no way to use the broken elevator. I use a cane. But if I used a wheelchair. I would have been very trapped. This is an OSHA violation ready to happen.

Purchased tickets from the kiosk since they don't have windows open. We got our seats easily and watched the movie. The seats are more traditional theater seats rather than the more modern recliner ones. The bathroom was clean, but the paper towels didn't work. My son is scared of hand dryers, so we can not use them. It was a fine experience. It's nothing special as far as movie theater experience, though.

The theater is inside the shopping mall. No signs outside. To get to some of the theaters you either climb a large set of steps or take an elevator. You can order tickets online and pick your seats ahead of time. Tuesdays they have a sale on the snacks. Do get a regal club card although it doesn’t give you too much. You need a lot of points.

Despite being packed for National Cinema Day, it was a smooth enough experience. Self check in and concession stands were fast and eventful. Inside the theater people were respectful even though there were families with young children.

Haven't been to parkway plaza in years and decided to go see a movie there last night since it's the closest to my house. There was nobody t the ticket window and this gentleman named Randy immediately helped us out explaining how to download the app and what to do,without his guidance we woulda been lost for a while. Randy was absolutely a pleasure,he was so nice and helpful, great customer service!

I watched a Telugu movie here, and the overall experience is average. The employees were kind and helpful! The screen was torn, seats were dirty, and the volume was way too much! We had a deafening experience. I wouldn't recommend this theater to anyone, especially if you are bringing kids!
