I’ve lived here for almost a year and have had minimal to no issues. My AC went out the other day and with two trips from maintenance, they had it up and running by the end of the day. The rooftop is nice to utilize, especially when I have visiting guests. I have an incredible view and my neighbors are quiet. The building is pretty clean with the exception of residents not picking up after themselves within the pool or grill area, but housekeeping gets to it as soon as they are back at work the next day. I utilize the gym almost daily and really enjoy it. Overall great place!

Public service announcement DO NOT LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE I have never encountered such unprofessionalism, they don't ever answer the phones you can call until you are blue in the face and no response it's beyond pathetic, I will be reaching out the the higher up's/investors and let them know this management company is running their business into the ground, at first when I saw all the negative yelp reviews I started to wonder but now I understand, these people are not fit to run a business, the lack of customer service is astonishing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else they have shown exactly how unprofessional they are don't let the good reviews on here fool you go the yelp and you will really understand what is happening here.

So where to start. Every time I walk in, it just feels like a place I would want to stay at when I travel because it has ALL of the amenities!! Ill start with the gym because working out is a huge part of my lifestyle. I love that there are TWO floors, they have more than enough equipment for me to get a workout done, and they even have a cute locker room where you can just change and be on your way if you have places to be and dont have time to go back to your apt. Second is the pool area, its amazing and literally just feels like your'e on vacation. In short this place is heaven, the staff is very friendly and efficient. I cant tell you how staff efficiency makes such a big difference on the quality of my life! Oh and before I forget the view is absolutely stunning! Thank you Sentral !

I've been living here for 3 years. The building is very clean, the surroundings are great, and it's conveniently located, allowing me to walk to downtown easily. While there were challenges due to the pandemic and difficulties in communicating with the office afterwards, the new manager Danielle's excellent communication and the help she provides to residents made me decide to stay for another year.

Excellent all around. Andrew Menzies, the Sales Manager who handled my lease, was especially considerate of my rush to move-in, budget, and any needs in general. Great communication as well.

The staff is unknowledgable and incapable of helping. They don't know the basics so you can't expect them to direct you correctly, there's clearly no interest in actually learning, when they say the do it your self store they really mean your all on you own with this one, clearly homedepot has lost interest in this shop

We recently decided to upgrade units at Sentral, and were initially a bit weary about the process of moving. It's always a headache to move, so we wanted to stay in the same building if possible. The staff at Sentral was incredibly accommodating and helpful with answering all the questions we had about the move. They were able to guide us to a beautiful new apartment, and made the process of signing a new lease very seamless and straightforward. This was, without a doubt, the easiest move we have ever done. We are very grateful to live at a place with such wonderful management. We happily give the staff at Sentral 5 stars - Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to a great building downtown.

Do not rent with Sentral, in fact don't even give them a deposit. They will take your money and give you the runaround for months. You've been warned.
