I got a pair of shorts for 20.99 and an tagless 1.5 in button pin and my total ended up being 29.08. The old lady at register looked for a price tag or sign where the buttons were but to no avail and eventually inputted a random price for it. When I saw the total price was 29.08 I thought she charged the shorts for a higher price so I asked weren't they 20.99. She said yes but that I also got a pin. I asked if the pin was really 8 dollars and she said "Like ~6.99~" So clearly the folks here are completely out of their gourd!

I do not know who it was that was working on the day I entered your shop but I was so shocked to find her rude and quite frankly miserable. Which is SO unusual to find anywhere in the USA to be honest let alone beautiful Laguna Beach where customer service is usually top tier. On entering there was no ‘Hi’ or ‘How are you’ nothing. On having a look around I picked up a vest top and couple keepsakes with Laguna Beach on them as this Beach is my all time favorite. I stood by till waiting to pay for several minutes and there was no one visible. So I walked to the back room door that was open and said ‘Hello…. Anyone there… I’d like to pay…’ nothing…. So I shouted a little louder ‘Hello??? Only then did a woman make herself visible from inside the shop saying ‘what???? ‘I’d like to pay please’ I said…. Without another word she walked to the cash register and took my things straight faced and rather angry looking like it was inconveniencing her to serve me. I really wanted to walk out but also really wanted my purchases as was last days vacay visiting from the UK. I paid and walked out. No thank you, have a nice day no smile nothing. This assistant will lose you money. As I will not purchase here on future trips if she’s serving again. She was petit with shortish dark hair. Oh the other receipt says a name of Jen E.

I would say this is the best store in Laguna Beach to find wonderful momentos to take home from this magical place. The customer service is top-notch, the array of unique t-shirt designs, hoodies and even 'grass' flip-flops makes the T-shirt Company at Laguna Beach not to be missed. Plus, the quality of the apparel is incredible. I still have bathing suits that I purchased at the store years ago and wear them proudly. And it's location, right on the beach, amazing!

My favorite gift shop in Laguna Beach!!! So many treasures I found to take home🙌 the customer service is welcoming, inviting and helpful, in fact the entire time Marla was helping me I thought she was the owner!!! I would say, the customer service and kindness is one of the best in downtown Laguna business!!!

For many years this shop has been one of my favorites. I don't live In SoCal anymore but when I visit once a year, I always come to shop here. Ive always had a good experience except a week ago. Theres a lady with short hair and tattoos that works here and has an ugly attitude. Not approachable at all, shes very short and very dismissive. My wife and I wanted to buy some shirts for gifts but were afraid to ask questions since she didn't seem to want us there, so we bought two mugs and decided to leave and not buy anything else. This is not typical from this shop or any shop in Laguna for that matter. Even At the art galleries, everyone is very pleasant, its not uncommon to have a conversation with any of the employees. I hope next time I shop here my experience is better, although im a bit hesitant to set a foot here again, but ill give it another change for the great experience I've had the previous hundred times I've been here.

Me and my wife were window shopping for a painting from our honey moon with a limited budget. The retired owner of the store sells original paintings here that we’re amazing and we got a really good steal on a beautiful portrait of the sea. The employee working there was incredibly kind and patient with us and held the painting until we were able to pick up later that day. Would highly recommend shopping here
