From the first call I made to inquire about an appointment to walking out of the door after my appointment, every single person in Dr. Driskill's office gave exemplary service! The security guard in front of the office even greeted me and offered directions! I told them service such as this is a rarity these days and I truly appreciate their friendly approach, competent skills in listening and offering suggestions, and the development of a treatment plan. No one was rushed or distracted, but very efficiently assessing what I was reporting. My prescription was called in and ready before I even returned home. The imaging center called me to schedule an appointment for a prescribed scan. A follow up appointment was made and I feel confident that my issues will be resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Driskill and his amazing staff!

This is the best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to hands down. & not just ENT - the most incredible doctor’s office all around. The staff, doctor, and the vibe overall. So friendly, fun(!), professional, no wait time, CT scan on site, knowledgeable, pleasant waiting room, and quick & easy to make an appt, especially as a new patient. Also really cute business cards! It’s a nice and meaningful addition to be in a doctor’s office that has a contemporary style.

I went in around October to get a consultation for my deviated septum so I could have surgery. They said the scheduler would call me back within a week. No call back so I call the office. I have to call multiple times before they pick up and then they finally tell me they don’t know what’s going on and that they will have the scheduler call me back for sure. I wait a few days and still nothing. At this point it’s been almost a month. I get her number and call her and she tells me she has no clue about my case at all and that the surgery can’t be scheduled for another 3 months now because they are booked. If they had just called me and told me what was going on I would not have any issue but it looks like they don’t know what’s going on with their own patients.

I sought medical attention due to persistent congestion over the past six months. After consulting with Dr. Donaldson and undergoing a CT scan, he diagnosed me with a deviated septum. Dr. Donaldson suggested a Turbinate Reduction as an initial, less invasive approach to address my symptoms before considering more extensive procedures. One-month post-procedure, I am delighted with the results. Despite some discomfort during the procedure, the entire process took only 30 minutes, and the recovery was painless. I now experience improved breathing through both nostrils, enhanced sense of smell, and, I believe, improved hearing. The result was far better than I hoped for. I highly recommend Dr. Donaldson based on my positive experience.

Do not got to this ENT. They never answer the phone and they do not call back ever. I went in to have my deviated Septum checked and they looked at it for two minutes. Then sent me home with no paperwork. They promised to call me after they get the go ahead from my insurance but never did. Then they send me a bill and nobody ever followed up with me. Also the nurses and the staff were not welcoming and lacked professionalism.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Donaldson and his team. I was informed every step of the way and part of the process. I felt super comfortable going into this sinus procedure and can breathe better than ever! This has been a life changing experience. Im sleeping sound and my breathing cadence is back on track. I feel great about getting back into the ocean and doing what I love to do. Thank you! 🤙🏼

Mad respect to Dr. Donaldson and his staff for taking excellent care of me throughout my nose surgery this past June. Healing and recovery was challenging, but it was nice to know I had a knowledgeable team to assist me during the process. I’m breathing better than ever, and I can’t thank everyone enough for their support.

I had a septoplasty by Dr Driskill and he removed my nasal polyps and air bubble in my nose. My whole life I have been unable to breathe well through one side of my nose, and I was getting sinus infections about 10-15 times a year. It was miserable. I had spent the last 10 years trying to fix these issues, and was continuously told that my symptoms were only allergy related and there was nothing I can do. I always knew I had a very bad sense of smell, but until after seeing Dr Driskill and having my procedure, I had no idea just how much it had affected me. He and his team walked me through the process and were there for me each step. I am about a week out from my procedure, and I am so overcome with emotion. I have never in my life been able to smell or taste quite like this. Smells are 10x stronger and more beautiful than I could have even imagined they would be. I had no idea what I was missing out on, I could hardly have smelled anything before, even if it was right in front of me! I also can breathe through both sides of my nose for the first time in a very long time, possibly ever. I am so grateful for everyone at Hillcrest ENT and the genuine care they have for their patients and their desire to improve the quality of life of those in their community. I have never felt so happy with a healthcare experience before. Everyone in this office is amazing, Dr Driskill and his entire team are so caring and the best at what they do. The front desk staff are incredibly kind, so are all the assistants and nurses and the PA shadowing Dr Driskill. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done, and I am so excited to continue through my life smelling all the new things around me, and hopefully ridding my future of sinus infections! After surgery was extremely hard to get any answers to my questions. Dr Driskill "forgot to ask for consent" on an important part of my surgery that i now have to get another one. I've never been more disappointed in any kind of healthcare.
