Love Arby's the Philly cheesesteak is very good. I added lettuce and tomatoes.

Terrible experience.. had a briscut sandwich...more fat than briscut...thd sanxwich looked loke an 8 year old made it .half off the bun...soaked in a cold bbq sauce

Great customer service! The lady who greeted smiled and ask me genuinely how I was doing. She also had my order ready super quick. This was just first time here but I’ll definitely be back! The place was super clean also.

Ack! Gag! Barf! If you want good food, avoid Arby's. From when I was first enticed by slick advertising to patronize the new Arby's in Winter Park, Florida in the 1960's until now, their "food" is tasteless and unfulfilling. Thinly sliced "pre-masticated beef" with gooey man-made "American cheese" (the Europeans would disagree). No lettuce, not tomato. The only reason I ate it was because my son brought it to me. This chain should be avoided at all costs unless you are 1) starving, and 2) the nearest alternative is 50 miles away. Even then, give it a second thought.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and it was good. They are out of a few items but the had it marked on the menu. One of these days we'll get past supply chain issues.

In my opinion, Arby's has the best milkshake in Chula Vista, and I'll use any handy excuse to go get one:)

We went in for a meal order. I received an email for my birthday for free small shake and free small curly. Besides we ordered a beef and cheddar combo with a rootbeer float. I ordered a french dip and cheese sticks. Great customer service provided by both Jennifer and Jennifer. Even though we didn't get cheese in our sandwiches, we had to go back to get that corrected. I want to give a thank you to Emiliano for going beyond to getting my order correctly and providing me with a large curly fries. Also thank you to the female manager that was in charge during that shift and the cooks. Keep up the great work. Thank you to all staff from the Arby's location on Telegraph canyon and Eastlake parkway.

Needs a bit of a remodeling, seats were shredded. Kinda dirty too. The smoked brisket was gristle and fat.

OMGosh Mogolly. I haven't eaten here like forever. When I was a kid my dad would sometimes come home with these sandwiches. When I passed by the other day, I'm like... I don't care what busy-ness I'm busy with. On my way back I'm going to eat there!! And so I ordered 4 Beef and Cheddar Cheese sandwiches for the fam and asked for extra extra sauce! Thanks Arby's for NOT changing the recipe taste!! So so soooooo yummy!😋 😋 😋 😋 And was it as food as I remembered? Oh my goodness. yes! Yes! YES! And at 2 for $7 I'm going back there today to grab me more! And maybe I'll get 8 sandwiches cuz the hubby and my little man have big men's MANwhich appetites!!

Went through the drive thru, it took them awhile to realize I was there. Other than that everything was good. The classic roast beef had lots of meat, curly fries were crunchy and hot. Tried the new orange cream shake and it was really good!

Customers are cheated from the amount of meat that is supposed to be on the sandwiches. I always order the Turkey bacon ranch combo at other locations. I have 3 small slices of Turkey on my Sandwich when I ordered the first time. I immediately called the location because I was back on the tollroad when I realized it. The next time I was in the area they gave me a free Sandwich but it again only had 3 slices of Turkey. Not cool by the owner if that's a money saving game plan.

The classic beef and chedder meal is great. Quick, fast, easy. Wish the prices are more like they used to be, but good to treat yourself.

The variety of food is beef, beef, and more beef. Their products are very good and very delicious. You gotta go and find out yourself.

Order is completely wrong! I told the guy im allergic to mayo. Make sure its not on my burgery. And i was driving and couldnt breath and my daughter was freaking out. The girl on drive through window was bossy and rude. I asked her if they put it on and she said no. I believed her. And i am still waiting for a phone call back. I could of crashed the truck and hurt my daughter cause of there ignorance.

Yay the Dinning area was open. Enjoyed our lunch in cool indoors. When did they remove the Patty cakes. That made me sad. But the crinkle fries were yummy.

This is the closest Arby's to our house and we don't go there too often. I was disappointed that the chicken pecan wrap was sold out, but when they have it, it is excellent. The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is the overall effort put into some of the food preparation. A shake I had in a different state before and that looked and tasted perfect, looked like it's sad little brother when I had it in this location.

I totally loved the curly fries, the pork belly sandwich was a little bit salty to me, but that's just the kind of meat it is, pretty good for the price. I also got a milkshake, gincocoa or something like that, it was really good too.

I went through the drive through and got dinner for my sister and I. The lane moved right along and the food was good and the service was good. Prices were okay also.

Before I go for burgers, I look for Arby's first. I love their classic beef and cheese sandwiches. And I specially love them with horsey sauce. Now my other favorite there is the crispy fish. And you can two of either sandwiches for $6.

Food was just ok. The turkey bacon sandwich. Looked like a machine made it. Everything cut straight. Idk. No flavor. Bread cold and hard. Plus ordered my kids food. This fish was sloppy. Too much sauce. And the chicken bacon ranch. No complaints there. Total bill was 34.00. Before military discount. 10%. Too much damn money for fast food

Arby’s is great I worked there back in the day in San Ysidro. Now I have to do a 30 mile round trip to get to closest one is in Bonita. The sandwiches are very good here. Made to order and thorough with what my special order was. Beef and cheddar with shredded lettuce. ( lettuce is .69 cents & so is tomato so “cha’ ching’ “ what he what you add on $1.38 for both) The turnover must have been turned over twice. It looked good but was dry with very little filling. The gentleman at the window was very kind. He even answered the phone that night when I called to see if they were really open. ( fast food joints rarely answer their phones in Southern California) It was worth 15 miles to get there and another 15 back home.

Awesome place just wish more were around because I have to drive 25 mins just to go to Arby's when there's a Starbucks everywhere lol awesome food though! They definitely have the meats lol

They never disappoint. From city to city, they always taste awesome. The lady at the drive-thru is equally awesome.

There was no line in the drive through. Thought I'd be in and out quickly. Nope. Ordered 2 beef & cheddar, and the kids chicken nuggets meal. Got our sandwiches but they asked me to pull around and wait for the nuggets. I must have waited ten minutes. Ridiculous amount of time for a drive through.

You might want to fix the fact the Otay Lakes Rd, Chula Vista location doesn't show up on your store locator. If I'd known that was an Arby's less than 3 miles from my house I would've been eating there long ago. Try typing 91915 into the search function for locations. Closest one it lists is in Lemon Grove and I'm NOT driving that distance for ANY fast food. Now that I know, I'll be getting a couple of gyros for lunch at work.

I'm sorry please don't hate me, but I can only give 2 stars this time. I was craving a jamocha shake, but this store was out of them when I just happen to visit (first time at this store). However, the jamocha shakes at Arby's is definitely one of the best shakes I've ever had!

I'm not a fan of fast food, but I was surprised by the quality and taste of the sandwiches and ice cream. Fair prices too.

I dont know but dont really pike this place honestly i am judging more on my personal level than professional way to judge for their service and food...so i was going to give them two starts but honestly the times i veen there their customer service is great super wonderful, their is not my food taste type...but still guve them five star.

I purchased dinner there and it was ok. My double roast beef sandwich was a single. My fries were cold so needless to say I wasn't too happy 😕.

Had a great dine-in experience. I guess this Pandemic, has shown us, that a dine-in experience is more then a take-out fast food overlooked experience.
