I’m a huge fan of google review! This location is going downhill with a bullet. Where to start? Customer service is horrible. Been sitting at the bar for almost an hour and never offered a menu once. I’m hungry. Been offered beers however. Thank you. They were delicious and I love the price…🤑

My family and I came here on 5/15/22 for the first time and we had a great experience! We got the garlic knots and the cheese type balls and they were delicious! My family also got the pizza which was amazing too! They gave us a little sundae for my sisters birthday and that was nice as well. Overall, I loved this place and I would definitely recommend it and come back!

Delicious food and drinks, dog friendly and awesome service what else can you ask for? We used to go to the Eastlake location all the time but then they closed and we had not been to Oggis since. My husband and I came for lunch and we sat outside with our dog. I was delighted to find they still serve the tequila chicken pasta (so good!) Our waiter Ryan was very friendly and efficient, definitely a plus to have him as our server- he was very attentive and had really good suggestions of their menu. Definitely will come back!

My husband and I went out for a date night here and it was an awesome experience! We felt very taken care of and spoiled by our waitress, as well as the managers (I think?) and other wait staff who checked in on us. The food was yummy! They were awesome at refilling drinks and making sure we had enough to-go boxes and even a bag to take all our yummy goodies home. We'll be back for sure!

Had the best experience with a group of friends at Santee oggis. Amber was amazing. Her service was on point. Our drinks were never empty and our food was delicious and served nice and hot. Thank you so much Amber for the excellent service and making us feel at home!! We will definitely be back to see you!

The food here is always fresh, and Ryan the server was excellent, very friendly and attentive which is a rare commodity based upon our experiences elsewhere.

The servers are amazing and the food is always decent. Love that I can watch my favorite sports on TV while enjoying a meal.

I placed a pickup order on a weeknight. After waiting 30min past the pickup time, they finally realized the pizza didn’t make it to the oven. I waited for a total of 50min for an incorrectly made pizza while the rest of my order was cold since my wings had been sitting for 45 minutes. Their attempt to make it right with garlic knots fell flat when I paid $50 for incorrect/cold food. Will not be returning.

Typical bar food. Wonderful bar side service. First time there will probably come back when In the area. Thanks Alexis for the hospitality. Someone give her a raise she is working too hard.

Stopped in yesterday for a late lunch/ early dinner. Fantastic service! Ester was our waitress... she was truly amazing! She was kind, quick and always followed up with us. I was pleased to see so many vegetarian options. I went with the quinoa sliders. So delicious! I will definitely be back more often knowing they have excellent choices and amazing service.

This has become one of our go-to spots in East County over the past few years. I had a really bad experience years ago at the Mission Valley location with a large group, so I was hesitant to give the chain another chance. BUT, we love the staff in Santee that are always on their game, super friendly and we've never had a bad meal or beer there. I would put their pizza up against Woodstock's, and that's a huge compliment. Pies on the Portnoy scale for me are in the 8.0+ any given night. They are that good. I usually add extra cheese and request heavy sauce and ranch on the side. The cheese has a nice, bold flavor and the sauce I think has red pepper in it like Woodstock's. Very tasty!

The pizza is great and our waiter was very attentive. He had a nice balance of checking on us often enough that we always had everything we needed, but didn't feel bothered by him being at the table all the time. We had the oggis special and it was cooked well, wasn't burnt or too crisp, but wasn't too doughy either. The beer selection is great too so I'll definitely be going again.

Food has smaller portions now. Quality not great anymore especially with pricing and the service suck if you are a female. Been there several times. Can not hardly ever get a refill . Had 1 thoughtful great server a few weeks ago. Wish I had gotten her name.

Wow disapointed for the first time, paid $17.23😕 for a full salad when I got home this is what a full salad looks like........ prices go up portions go down 🧐 I hope they fix this cause I don't like to cook but I can do way better than this for way cheaper.......... yea I better do it myself.

Their food service is simply pathetic. Very slow to come out and came out at different times. We had 12 people, I received my dinner more than 15 minutes after the first meal was served. Also another guest got her sandwich about 20 minutes after the first meals were served. When I got my hamburger, it was very raw. I didn't complain as I figured it would take another 20 minutes to get a properly cooked burger. We have liked Oggi's over the years but this experience was horrible. Don't think we'll be going back very soon!!!

First time here and the customer service was good, our waitress was very nice. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our table and plates. The salad was small and different with pickled onions on it, I never had it like that before. Wings were good but the best thing here is the pizza. Honestly one of the best I've tried so far. Definitely give this place a try.

The wait time to get a waiter/waitress to even offer us drinks was pretty insane (About 40 minutes). The food was great, otherwise. Will not be going there again.

Used their website for food delivery. All items were incorrect or mishandled. Items left off or not delivered. Store says there is nothing they can do. Charge 8 dollars for delivery and deliver a bag of edible trash. If this was the first terrible experience with oggis I would just let it go, but this bad service has been experienced before. Tried again because my kids like their food. Never again
