friend
got
me
to
go
to
this
gym
after.
I
really
was
in
it
for
the
"free"
1st
workout,
since
I
was
already
turned
off
by
the
initial
pricing!
I
recently
got
into
a
"workout
funk"
..
no
longer
motivated
by
what
used
to
get
me
through.
The
long
pandemic
seemed
to
draw
out
boredom
as
I
tried
to
get
through
another
"at
home
workout".
It
served
me
well
during
the
pandemic,
but
lately
it
was
even
difficult
to
finish
a
30
min
workout,
let
alone
start
one.
Lol.
I
tried
the
YMCA,
but
child
care
was
scarce
and
timing
for
the
classes
I
really
wanted
to
take
was
not
there.
LA
fitness
was
ridiculously
over
crowded.
So
sure,
let's
try
this
out!
First,
you
sign
up
for
your
free
trial
class
online.
A
coach
will
follow
up
with
you
that
day
to
answer
some
questions
and
ease
some
anxiety.
Once
you
get
to
class,
the
gym
is
simple..
a
row
of
treadmills,
rowers
and
your
floor
exercise
stations
with
TRX,
mini
bands,
weights.
What
gets
me
is
the
music!
Once
the
hour
starts,
there's
really
no
"thinking"
about
what
to
do
next..
its
already
planned
and
you
have
a
Coach
to
guide
you
through.
I
was
impressed
with
the
heart
rate
monitor
system
that
they
have
in
place.
Everyone's
monitors
are
synced
to
the
screen
and
you
can
actually
get
real
time
info
on
how
effective
your
workout
really
is.
I'm
on
my
10
class,
and
am
loving
the
"get
in,
work,
get
out"
aspect
of
it..
cause
Momma-still-has-to-MOM
after
my
hour!!
Try
your
first
class!
It's
an
awesome
experience..
the
coaches
here
are
great!
