Joining BFBC has been the best decision I made for my weight loss journey. After having my second child and making every excuse possible for the weight I had gained, I finally decided it was time for a change. I heard about Beauty Fit Boot Camp through a dear friend of mine. I did the free trial and decided right after class to join. The workouts are challenging but it is an awesome feeling of accomplishment once done. Kat provides a meal plan and if followed correctly, along with the workout class, you will get amazing results. Every fitness goal I have set for myself has been reached thanks to Kat and her team. They will provide the tools and the motivation needed. Since joining BFBC I have lost 70 lbs and I couldn't have done without Kat. You won't just be joining another workout class but an amazing group of women who cheer each other on. I started working out at Beauty Fit Boot Camp because my best friend totally recommended it. Boy was she right! The workouts are extreme, but addicting. You will leave wanting more, I guarantee it! I’m seeing results on my body already, and it’s only been four weeks. In addition to the workout, Kat’s team of fitness trainers are very knowlegeable and extremely friendly. I joined Beauty Fit Boot Camp for one month now. All the trainers are great everyday is a different workout. They offer a variety of hours Monday thru Sunday I look forward to working out and feel satisfied at the end of each class. It’s exactly what I had been looking for. I am starting to see results in such little time.

I have been attending Beauty Fit Boot Camp for about four years. I have to say that I fell over heels for the workouts and trainers. Since day one, I was welcomed and treated like part of a team. I feel comfortable and valued as a member. The routines and workouts are challenging and great in variety. Never a dull workout. I've been going here for about a year and I simply love Kat and her dedication to making sure ladies get fit. There's nothing better than a trainer who truly loves her job and loves to help women reach their fitness goal. Her main focus is helping women understand that fitness is truly a lifestyle change that women enjoy. She's super tough but the result are totally worth it. Oh did I mention she does meal plans, weekly emails, as well as accountability emails to make sure all her ladies are doing well and sticking to their goal. BFCB has been a MAGNIFICENT investment in my life! The trainers definitely push you to your limits but in the end, it is completely worth it! In just a matter of a few weeks after joining, I was seeing results! All of the trainers are amazing. Their passion and dedication to their clients is truly seen and appreciated. I love the fact that everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. In no time you will feel part of a big family- love it! Beauty Fit Bootcamp is the best. Kat, Laura and Lex are great trainers that always keep you motivated and are very encouraging no matter what your fitness level is. I have been a member for quite a while and the workouts are always different. I love that they have crated a community of women that support women.

I absolutely love this place! I can honestly say that there's such a welcoming environment the moment you walk in. I didn't know what to expect and was a bit skeptical at first. I can now say Beauty Fit Boot Camp exceeded my expectations. I've had the pleasure to work out with Laura as the coach and honestly she pushes you to do and give it your best! The best part of this gym is that you feel the support all around from the coach to the ladies cheering you on to keep going. Even after Laura makes me sweat from my eyes ... lol ... no pain no gain... Just to add ... the tips and motivational FB posts help out more than you’d expect. And just having a support team when you’re feeling down is a perk being part of the BFBC family!

I joined BFBC on june and i honestly never thought that i would get addictive to exercise i love going everyday is a different routine you never get bored. I have seen some results and i feel more confident with my self another thing the trainers are really good they cheer you up so you get motivated i really recommend this program to every women that wants something different from the gym.
