ad
for
a
6
week
challenge
figure
I
could
do
anything
for
6
weeks.
I
had
some
concerns
since
my
body
isn't
as
young
as
my
brain

I
also

me

change
and
not
as
the
dreaded
"D"
word
(diet).
Which

of
us
know
we
will
fail
at
sooner
or
later.
You
belong
to
a
fitness
support
group
that
incorporates
social
media,
blogging,
tip
videos,
nutrition
Q&A
sessions,
specialty
fitness
classes
like
Big
Booty
Boot
camp,
Arm
and
Abs
specialty
classes.
Once
a
month
there
is
a
Evolution

activity
such
as
BBQ,
Group
Hike,
Bowling,
and

Fitness
friendly
pot
lucks!
The
best
thing
of
all
about
Evolution

aside
from
a
workout
that
incorporates
your

injuries...is

friendships
and

from
others
in
the
group.
It's
a
fitness
family
where
there
is
no
failure,
no
self
deflating,
no
self
sabotaging
or
beating
yourself
up
over
a
pizza
and
candy
bar.
Like
a
real
family
it's
unconditional
love
of
fitness
they
just
reel
you
back
in
and
have
you
shake
it
off...no
back
peddling
allowed
only
moving
forward.
So
what
for
me
started
out
as
a
6
week
free
fitness
weight
loss
challenge
has
turned
into
a
fitness
addiction!
No
matter
your
age,

fitness
