    The expertise and guidance Thomas provides is amazing. Thomas has helped me develop a new healthier attitude, more confidence, and drive to stay healthy. His positive outlook on health makes the journey worthwhile and comfortable. Joining his online program has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, this program is meant to fit your lifestyle, which is incredible! I’m glad I found THP because it has changed my perspective on health and fitness to a more optimistic mindset.

    Coach Thomas has been an incredible source of support and guidance throughout my weight loss/fitness journey. I approached him after trying on my own for nearly two years to lose what I initially thought would just be those last 10 pesky pounds. Coach Thomas helped me lose those 10 pounds very quickly and I realized this was just the beginning. He takes on a holistic approach and addresses your each and every possible concern. I appreciate how much knowledge he has imparted on me and how his program focuses not just on the fitness aspect, but also on the extremely critical nutritional component as well. This has been without a doubt the best investment I have made in myself, and I am forever grateful that I finally reached out to Coach Thomas for help. I look and feel my best, I’m confident, and I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing my body change and get stronger. You can 100% trust in Coach Thomas and his program. He will help you reach your fitness goals without a doubt!

    Thomas was really helpful in helping me reach my fitness goals. He developed a workout and meal plan for me and made adjustments to it based on my needs. Always available to help and keeps in touch with you along the way. I would recommend him to anyone. He helped me lose around 30 pounds in 4 months. Definitely worth the price as long as you are willing to put in the work!

    Thomas is phenomenal, always communicates well. Love his program that works mind and body at the same time. He is a great support and provides accountability . THP fitness has played a huge roll in my wife's and I total life style change. This was the perfect program fit for us.. We are so glad we are part of the THP fitness family!

    THP FITNESS shows to be an amazing online and in-person fitness training company. I've been working with a few members of this fitness business and they share that the owner Thomas in an intensive but caring fitness coach. Knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. He creates custom workouts that challenge members. The THP FITNESS gym in Chula Vista is also top-notch. It's clean, well-equipped, and has a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Go check it out. I highly recommend THP FITNESS.

    Thomas not only provides all the tools you need in order to succeed, from physical training to nutrition plans, but also gives you incredible encouragement and support. In times I'd lose drive, he's helped remind me what it is I'm working for. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a personal trainer who truly cares.     I wanted to get stronger and build my endurance as a mother of 3. I was too scared to go to the gym and knew absolutely nothing about proper form or how to use equipment. After starting my routine with Coach Thomas he made me feel comfortable and his workout plan adapted to my lifestyle. He is very thorough with his process and it's not just a workout that you're doing for the allotted time you're enrolled with him, but it's something that you incorporate into your personal lifestyle that sticks with you indefinitely. He is great at communication and is there for you 100%. I highly recommend training here! 10/10

    Can’t recommend highly enough. I started working with Thomas for overall fitness, strength training & nutrition. My program was halted due to a family tragedy & Thomas stayed in contact with me & supported me the entire time. Now I’m actively back with a program that’s easy to follow for somebody with limited free time. And I’m seeing steady results!

    Great workout plan. I lost 10 lbs. Could've lost much more had I stuck with dieting. But he gives you all the tools you need. You just have to apply it. I was hesitant with seeking a personal trainer since I'd been successful losing weight on my own but he exceeded my expectations.

    I signed up for a 16 week program and so far, at 9 weeks, I have already reached my short term goal thanks to Thomas & THP Fitness. I have lost close to 10 lbs, I understand nutrition better than I ever have in life. I have a respect and love for exercise that i never knew I could have. He has managed to help me create a healthy and happy exercising routine, without that big pressure and intimidation you get literally everywhere else. He actually cares about you and regularly checks up on you and encourages you. I hadn’t been able to make a real change in more than 10 years and he’s managed to help me in less than 9 weeks, with more to go! If you were looking for a sign, this is it. Give THP a chance and I promise you will absolutely thrive like you didn’t know you could!

    An excellent fitness coach. I needed to get a kick start to losing weight sustainably, and Tom helped tremendously! I lost pounds and inches while gaining strength and improving my tone. It really helps that he's as focused on diet (my biggest challenge) as working out.

    Coach Thomas has been extremely helpful in my fitness journey. He broke everything down in order to fit my goals and created plans as I advanced. Not only has he been there for my fitness, but he’s helped me mentally as well. He’s changed how I look at the gym and nutrition in creating a lifelong investment to my health. I’ve struggled with getting enough nutrition and I’ve struggled getting into the gym and coach Thomas has been there and encouraged me every step of the way to do this as a team. Beyond grateful for all the support. He’s a fantastic coach and will set you up to where and who you want to be. You’ll be able to carry his guidance throughout your whole journey.

    Working with Coach Thomas has been a life changing experience. His program is not just a training program, but a life style change that helps you learn how to make healthy decisions and encourage you to keep positive. His program helped me enjoyed working out, to eat healthy as well as to meet cool people that are on the same journey as I was. I was able to loose 15 pounds in 4 months and get leaner in a healthy way. Would highly recommend THP Fitness.

    Short version: Thomas will change your life and your mindset. Yes he will help you with weight loss and believe me it works . 17 pounds down in 12 weeks but the other factor Thomas will help you get or get back is your confidence and will help to change your mindset towards a healthier lifestyle . Bottom line: His programs are work. It’s amazing coaching . You will feel more confident and live a healthier lifestyle if that’s what you want . Do it. You won’t regret it . Long version: I just turned 30. I weight 212 pounds and honestly started to feel like as if my lack of energy, lack of confidence , lack of mental fortitude was just who I was until I got older. Thomas and his coaching has helped me turned all that around . His focus really is on changing your mindset to a healthier lifestyle and yeah while you may have heard that before from other coaches, Thomas does it in a realistic manner that you can relate too . Like many I had depression and I’m diagnosed with a seratonin imbalance that really keeps me down at times so I knew I had to do something . Thomas and his coaching was that something that slowly but surely is boasting my confidence and helping me loose weight in a sustainable fashion. Thomas checks in with you day or night not because of a “job” but because I truly believe he cares for his clients . Something that really drew me to his coaching is that His programs are so personal to you and you only as well as the workouts . That makes a big difference in a world that’s constantly trying to normalize everybody .

    Thomas is awesome! He honestly helped me boost my motivation, energy levels, metabolism and last my confidence. I struggled with motivation the most but he is there for you when you need it. I didn’t know where to start with my life style change and his meal plans have been the best. I’ve tried foods that I never though of trying. He helped me get out of my comfort zone with workouts & also helped with equipment I had no clue how to use. I totally recommend him 100%. Don’t sleep on it don’t give it second thoughts. He’s helped my takes big steps on changing my life style. It’s not easy, I’ve slipped but I’ve gotten back up and have lost about close to 20lbs in the 3 months I’ve had him as my coach.     Thomas (THP fitness) is a coach that is passionate and motivated to see his clients reach their goals. I started THP fitness on January 3rd and now it’s February 1st and I have dropped 12 pounds while increasing my strength in the gym. I feel more energetic and have a clearer state of mind. The changes we’ve made to my life style is something I thought I can never do but THP teaches “sustainable changes” meaning I can still go out and have a drink with friends or maybe have that Saturday night pizza slice and not feel guilty about it. If you want to improve your physical and mental health, it starts with finding someone who has knowledge on the subject and most of all, someone who cares and THP fitness is that coach for you.     I’ve been working with Thomas for the last several months and enthusiastically, 100% recommend him. I randomly met Thomas on a blazing hot July afternoon. It was the final lookout point at the end of a Topanga hiking trail. I was half-hearted looking for a new trainer and happened to notice his fitness T-shirt. We struck up a brief conversation and exchanged numbers. A couple days later he called to check-in and share more about his approach and program, but more importantly he was invested in getting to know me and my story - what my goals and challenges were, my setbacks and what I saw as success. We talk for well over an hour. From the very first interaction I could tell he was a genuinely good guy. Now it’s been 5 months later working with him and there is no question his sincerity and empathy is real. He continues to take the time to really hear your thoughts and what makes you tick and how he can help uniquely inspire, motivate, and tailor his approach to you. He’s great about checking-in and has never rushed a conversation. He’s always available for a quick question or text and it feels like he replies before you even hit send ;) I’ve found it hard to maintain consistency and follow-through with other trainers, but with Thomas you’re not just another random client. He’s deeply invested in your success and wants to see you grow physically, mentally, emotional, and spiritually. Without a shred of doubt, Thomas is truly a life-optimist and can help you ignite achievement and growth from what usually starts off as just a small dream or idea. Take that leap and give him a try, I know you’ll find it worth the investment in yourself!

    I found Thomas through a close friend of mine. I was approaching my 40th birthday and even started developing some concerning symptoms, mostly muscle weakness. I was exhausted, burned out and- since COVID- I hadn’t been exercising regularly. My diet was also suffering- eating too little at times, and overeating at others. I knew I wanted to feel like “my old (younger 😁) self” again but I wasn’t sure how to go about this without help from an expert. My friend featured Thomas on his Instagram story one day, and I figured I had nothing to lose. I am really glad I started working with Thomas. Even though my schedule can be hectic and I’m not always “on top of things,” Thomas is always encouraging me to stay consistent. A couple of aspects that I really appreciate about the program is the mindfulness and behavior modification approaches; you never feel ridiculed for not being “perfect,” but you are challenged to be just “a little bit better” every day. Best of all, I’ve been able to work the program with my busy schedule and have found ways to ensure that I am eating enough so I’m not experiencing periods of feeling famished or eating too much to compensate for my hunger. And I have noticed a difference in my strength and endurance. And, every step of the way, Thomas makes himself available by checking in and answering all my questions. Not only is he professional, he is very personable and possesses a keen ability to understand people where they’re at, which I wasn’t expecting. So, I highly recommend Thomas if you’re looking for a trainer to work with. Not only will you find he’s knowledgeable in his field, but you find that he will have your back the whole way.

    I actually found THP Fitness doing a Yelp search for a personal trainer back in November of 2019...pandemic came around and everything shut down. When I got the notification that I was able to start my training program, l was ecstatic to say the least. I definitely added some lbs last year and am in a total life shift at the moment, where I prioritize my health and most importantly - my overall habits and thoughts on being an active individual again. When I first started with Thomas, I was pleased to know that he really wants to make every client as comfortable as possible while still holding you accountable to the results YOU want. I’ve been working out/practicing habit changes with Thomas since November of 2020. I feel like I am in the best mind space l’ve ever been when it comes to working out and making smart nutritional choices. Working with Thomas’ and my heavy schedule, I appreciate his flexibility to recognize that “life happens” and his ability to get me back on track. Thomas is a total professional and someone who is able to articulate his knowledge in a very easy way to understand. If you get to work with Thomas, be prepared to sweat and see some incredible life changes!

    I’m beyond happy to have come across Thomas, I was on a search for personal training but wasn’t sure what to look for or expect. Thomas truly cares and goes an extra step for you. You can see the hard work he puts in to make sure we have our workouts and meals ready for the week/weeks. I was extremely nervous when it came to my first day with Thomas because it was my first time doing personal training and I was out of shape. But, since day 1 Thomas welcomes you with a big smile and makes you feel super comfortable! He pushes you to always do your best, which I really appreciate! Thomas is a great communicator, he is always there for you whenever you have questions or concerns. These couple months training with Thomas have made a positive impact in my life, I feel great physically and mentally! If you’re looking for a personal trainer THOMAS is your guy!

    I have been working with Coach Thomas virtually and have had a lot of success with his program. He has been accessible and responsive if I needed anything, and he put a lot of effort into tailoring the program to meet my needs. I have chronic knee pain that prevented me from doing certain workouts, so he made a program that specifically addressed strengthening the muscles around it and my knee pain has been minimal to nonexistent! The meal plan he sent me is also easy to follow and incorporate into my daily life. All in all, I would say he took the work and planning out of weight loss and used his expertise to help me achieve my goals
