I
found
Thomas
through
a
close
friend
of
mine.
I
was
approaching
my
40th
birthday
and
even
started
developing
some
concerning
symptoms,
mostly
muscle
weakness.
I
was
exhausted,
burned
out
and-
since
COVID-
I
hadn’t
been
exercising
regularly.
My
diet
was
also
suffering-
eating
too
little
at
times,
and
overeating
at
others.
I
knew
I
wanted
to
feel
like
“my
old
(younger
😁)
self”
again
but
I
wasn’t
sure
how
to
go
about
this
without
help
from
an
expert.
My
friend
featured

story
one
day,
and
I
figured
I
had
nothing
to
lose.
I
am
really
glad
I
started
working
with
Thomas.
Even
though
my
schedule
can
be
hectic
and
I’m
not
always
“on
top
of
things,”

always
encouraging
me
to
stay
consistent.
A
couple
of
aspects
that
I
really
appreciate
about
the

is

and
behavior

approaches;
you
never
feel
ridiculed
for
not
being
“perfect,”
but
you
are
challenged
to
be
just
“a
little
bit
better”
every
day.
Best
of
all,
I’ve
been
able
to
work
the
program
with
my
busy
schedule
and
have
found
ways
to
ensure
that
I
am
eating
enough
so
I’m
not
experiencing
periods
of
feeling
famished
or
eating
too
much
to
compensate
for
my
hunger.
And
I
have
noticed
a
difference
in
my
strength
and
endurance.
And,
every
step
of
the
way,
Thomas
makes
himself
available
by
checking
in
and
answering
all
my
questions.
Not
only
is
he
professional,
he
is
very
personable
and
possesses
a
keen
ability
to
understand
people
where
they’re
at,
which
I
wasn’t
expecting.
So,
I
highly
recommend
Thomas
if
you’re
looking
for
a
trainer
to
work
with.
Not
only
will
you
find
he’s
knowledgeable
in
his
field,
but
you
find
that
he
will
have
your
back
the
whole
way.
