Nice big neighborhood park for family picnic, working out or evening walks. Lot of people bring their fur babies for evening walks here, only downside is it doesn't have an of-lease enclosed area. Nevertheless a good low traffic park if you are in the Serra Mesa, Murray ridge area.

Awesome park, huge open field which feels very enclosed since the only access roads are through small neighborhood streets. One basketball court, one tennis court, and a big playground with swings.

I don’t know why but this park kind of makes me a little sad but it’s so close to home for my dog. it has a lot of grass to throw a frisbee at but it’s always got this lonely vibe. Definitely a good park to come to and be alone at

I’ve been stopping here since the mid 90’s. I enjoy coming here with my dog, it’s a quiet, clean place. Great for kids.

Nice park. Large fields and grassy area. Not a whole lot of parking. Water and trash receptacles on site. Maintained well. Good place for outdoor functions. Closed at night.

Very fun park, includes one tennis court and a full basketball court. Nice playground for little kids. Big big field for playing. Nice shady tables with lots of trees, fairly empty from 12 to 5. At 5 it gets a but crowded because it's nice and shady. One small parking lot. Enjoy your stay,

Any park should get a 5 star rating and the only reason this one doesn't is because there isn't a bottom. Otherwise, great little park for large gatherings, games that require lots of space, and dog walks. I think the walking path is about a quarter mile an the way around, so great for getting a measured walk in.

Park is not kept up. Playground not to code any very old games and poorly workstations. Needs a good trimming and clean up.

The play ground could use a little upgrade but it’s sitting in a really nice neighborhood so it’s worth going here .

Large open grass field and a children's playground! Paved sidewalk for people of all ages to make laps running/strolling. Good shade and even some florals. I don't think it has a public restroom, else it would be 5 stars of a park.

Huge open field. Nice large walking trail. A few water fountains. A tennis court and basketball court. Workout equipment. Great playground with tire swing surrounded in wood chips. Nice place for family outings, something for everyone. Great little hide away park.

This is an amazing family park that me and my brothers go to with our dog and duck it has a couple barbecue pits and big benches for parties and the bathrooms are kept up with only maybe a random stranger trying to pitch tent once in a while

Clean and cute playground, one of the few I have seen left that have some of the old school playground pieces that are kept up nicely.

Great neighborhood park. Good selection of playground equipment, lots of open space to run around. Nice quarter mile loop if you want to run laps. Only downside is lack of restrooms.

  • 4/5 Gabriel K. 3 years ago on Google
Quiet park with a workout circuit, I workout here most mornings. Not much shade though after 9am.

  • 4/5 Patrick Drake F. 4 years ago on Google
Excellent park, lots of green space, great playground equipment and the sidewalk loop has workout stations Incorporated along the trail. The one negative is the occasional patron who chooses to ignore the signs and laws and run their dogs off leash. You also have to be careful to not to step in stuff that those particularly awesome dog owners neglect to pick up after their Fido. By and large, Awesome park and we frequent it often!

Go there to walk on the path. Grass in the middle of the path for playing sports, flying kites, or throwing a ball for the dogs. Also have a tennis court and basketball court. Water fountains but no restrooms. Tables for picnics. Playground for children. Seems safe for families. In a quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous neighborhood park. The intent is for those living nearby to have a park. For those that want a bathroom, find another park. Bathrooms bring problems. Besides, if your too far from home to use your bathroom, then it's too far. Just like parking..... it's was built to be a neighborhood park, used by those who live close by..... The park address is actually 2499 Escondido Av. NOT Celestine! Wonderful grass area to enjoy the great weather we have in Sunny San Diego!
