Very little amount of stores are open. It's mostly dead and very small amount of people. Most people come here for the AMC theater and comic book store. So many stores have closed down it's only a matter of time before this place closes down.

Great place to stay!! Peaceful, lots of natural beauty and the staff is amazing and helpful. They give out calendars for the events they hold and have adult crafts too!! Not just a place for the kids ha ha!! They have live bands and karaoke. The pool is also heated which for me is a bonus! They do wine tasting and meet and greets for campers. They also offer golf and horseshoes. It is also pet friendly for cats and dogs. The spots are also very roomy and fit large trailers and RVs. The park is full is lot shade trees and really awesome rocking picnic benches. That was my kids favorite part of the entire park. You can ride bikes all around the park or through the marina. They also have free showers and restrooms. The view of the ocean is to die for and there is a little pier to walk on too which is quite peaceful. They have a gym on site and it is minutes away from the midway, the star of India and down town San Diego. Gas Lamp district is also very close for the adults. We also learned you can rent motorized bicycles to put around down town or Seaport Village.

I love, love, love shopping at this mall. It's a quiet, family oriented atmosphere. The stores are spotless, tastefully arranged and adequately stocked so products are always available. The sales associates and managers that work in the stores deserve a shot out too! They are so nice and friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Especially the ladies and gentlemen in Bath & Body works, Pink, Victoria Secret and Macy's. They are hands down the BEST when it comes to customer service, professionalism, outstanding personalities and expertise of store products and sales, in comparison to the other malls. They ALL greet you with a nice friendly smile, and you can tell the dedication to the job is genuine. They also have a variety of great restaurants and parking is always available. Give it a try.. You won't leave disappointed!

I love the fact that my bank Navy Federal is right there in the edge of the mall steps away from the parking lot. Nothing jamming me up nor hold ups waiting around. Fast. Convenient.

Very nice little shopping center, Burlington is anchored here along with a few other stores Spencer's, charlottes, Q, Bath & Body and a few more, it has 2 levels and a few Restaurants. It was perfect weather for my visit here today.

I like to go and have lunch at panera, then go for a Starbucks and Macy's. Good place to kill time and do some shopping. I prefer this AMC because the small couches are really comfortable and you can bring a blanket.

Its always nice to come here in the afternoon just walk around and chill, very peaceful esp if you do not like crowds then this is the place for you. They have a lot of stores to go to and offers the same sale price compared to the ones at the mall or outlet.

Not THAT good for as long as you have to wait. Plus, the way the box it the food gets soggy. I like 3 blocks away and drive straight home Max 3-5 minutes before it is opened to eat and SOGGY. They need to come up with something better. Maybe old school like KFC a paper box? Idk I don't want to eat there and watch the horrendous line, so I guess I don't eat there until there is an improvement to the take-home packages.

This is an outdoor shopping center which means waking between stores you are going to be outside. They do have awnings to give you though. There are quite a few stores and great places to eat here as well. The parking is definitely enough, even with construction going on. There is a raising Cane's in the parking lot that just recently opened in early 2023.

It’s a very calm local shopping mall. I specifically went here because of Red Lobster. Their shrimp promo is amazing!

I’ve always had fond memories of CV center. From UltraStar Cinema, the Tilt Arcade to the once food court near. Whenever I visit San Diego, one of the first places I’ll go to is this mall.

This mall barely have anything good nowadays it feels kinda dead barely any stores that I go to and going to the second floor can feel off sometimes like weird creeps sitting there so you must be in a group for safety reason and I missed Sears already I always find that store fun to go and go downstairs to look at the stuff they had but yeah a lot of stores have been taken down or replaced by other stores/restaurants it sucks here there's barely anything I can do and hopefully there'll be an arcade in the future

Visiting the Chula Vista Center feels like seeing an old friend from high school. The one kid who was actually liked by all the teachers, had straight A's, was good at sports and had genuine potential to be something in life. But now, ten years later, he's an unemployed Flat-Earther who dropped out of college, became a raging alcoholic and amounted a massive amount of credit card debt and student loans. And yet, you still feel like there's hope for him to turn his life around once more, so you keep going back to see him. But alas, there he is again, passed out on his mom's couch, bottle in hand and three months behind on child support... Comics N Stuff is good though.

Lots of different shops and movie theater which I haven't gone to myself. See's Chocolate Shop is there and I love chocolate. It was taco Tuesday and my friend and I shared a lite dinner of two fish tacos. The batter wasn't crisp enough so it wasn't as good as I've had them in the past. The pieces of fish were generous and the mild red sauce is my favorite addition to top off my fish tacos.

This is by far the worst olive garden I have ever been to. Let me say that when I go to olive garden I already have low expectations... I am fully aware that this is not Italian fine dining. That being said this trip was exceptionally bad. It started off with being told there was a 45 min wait.. ok no problem put my name down. After an hour I started to see people that came after us being seated so I asked the hostess about how much longer. She says, 30-45 mins because there are 6 parties ahead of me. Wait what...? How is that even possible? 45 MORE MINS. After about 20 more mins I check again and we are told we're next on the list. 10 more mins and my father in law goes to ask and now he's told there are 2 parties ahead of us... I asked for a manager and suddenly we were being seated. Then we wait 20 mins for drinks.. another 10 just for soup and breadsticks and the server leaves all our food on the trays in the walkway because the "manager" pulls her to the side to talk to her while she's trying to serve us. I went ahead and handed out the food. Then we noticed we don't have any utensils so we ask for some. 10 mins later we get plastic forks because there isn't any clean flatware. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. The food was cold... but ok.

Good restaurants, and the addition of La Central with live music makes it a place to visit and enjoy. Plenty of parking. Many stores. Love the bookstore behind BJs!

  • 3/5 Lela M. 2 years ago on Google
My only complaint is that they only have one bookstore, but it's a used bookstore that isn't organized properly. Everything is just sort of shoved on shelves in a haphazard manner making it difficult to find the book your looking for, again it's a used bookstore so don't get your hopes up. Would it kill Chula Vista Mall to have a Barnes and Noble! Mostly it's just clothes. Burlington is nice though.

  • 3/5 Jennifer L. 2 years ago on Google
It's not what it used to be compared to 20 years ago but it's staying alive with good food options, See's candy shop, Macy's, JC Penny's, Burlington, Victorias Secret, and a movie theater. Sadly some of my favorite stores are gone such as Sears and New York and Company (Lerner). I still go there once in a while but it's not a place I gravitate to like before.

  • 3/5 Infinite I. 2 years ago on Google
Regular shopping center featuring some retail stores and some food locations. Lots of selection to either eat or grab a coffee. We can only speak of Panera Bread and it seemed a little dated with few AC wall jacks and a very slow internet, probably around 1MB/s. Can't speak for the other locations as it was a quick stop and go.

  • 5/5 Rosalba T. 3 years ago on Google
Great plaza where you can find everything from restaurants(red lobster 🦞, Brewhouse, Subway, Jamba juice, panera bread, and more),candy stores, See's candies, Macy's, Comic's, House products, children's clothes, and more....

  • 5/5 Das V. 1 year ago on Google
Great center very nice customer service. Parking is huge and the selection is massive. There are many good samples available. I shop here all the time. Saves a ton of money when shopping for a big family. But if you shop for yourself it can get expensive and wasteful. This is the best rates you can get for toilet paper, Napkins, detergents, very good quality vegetables and fruits and huge selection of electronics, food and clothes

Had lunch at BJ's it was great. Our server was very nice. Nice portions of food and it was really good. Reasonably priced. They have $11 lunch specials. We went on Monday. They have a whole menu page with pizza. A lot of variety. Pizookies for dessert.

Great place however one thing that can improve is security there is a young guy there around 17-21 years of age, Hispanic, dark skin, dark brown hair, around 5'6 - 5'7 stealing from stores and costumers he was wearing black jeans and a red sweater. The date was July 15th, 2022 around 1PM to 2PM at the store called Charlotte for security to watch out for a guy with this description and see camara footage from this store .

Customer service sucked! Their fountain drinks were mixed up, no ketchup in their dispenser. The worst was that some type of alarm by the north exit did not stop going off. Staff never acknowledged. The manager needs to better train staff to make sure the building is ready before opening. I was in this facility 30 min after opening. Not good, guys!!!
