Great experience and I like how the mall is outside and built up to accommodate kids and adults. I think this is better than the San Ysidro outlets.

great area. super pet friendly and even has a park. food court pavillion has good seating and chagers too. perfect place to spend the day with family or friends. the service on the chillis side of the mall isn’t the best though. otherwise its an amazing place.

My sisters and brother and I had an early lunch at Cheesecake Factory after searching for a while looking for a parking space. The wait on a Sunday morning was longer than expected, but once inside, we were seated promptly. The table needed an extra wipe down, my brother is pickier than I am! All four of us ordered salads and they were generously garnished and ample for saving some for later. The drinks and waters were promptly refilled during the course of the meal. Our choice among so many cheesecakes was the basic with fresh strawberries. Three of us could share one big piece after a full meal. My sister was ready to order another piece just for herself!

Great outdoor mall. I love the area and atmosphere. Very slow paced mall, not too many people and since its outdoors with a lot of trees and plants around it was very pleasant aesthetically speaking. There were lots of options for dining and shopping and even a dog park so don’t hesitate to bring your fur babies because even most of the restaurants were pet friendly there.

We decided to go and watch the Padres game at "Novo" Brazil restaurant at otay ranch, this was the first time for me and I really liked this place. It is very espacious with a very nice atmosphere, the waiters treated us very well and the food was delicious, Even though the place was packed there was enough space between the tables and the high ceilings allow air to flow well. I passed a good 5 hrs at this place, I highly recomend to you if you haven't been there to give it a try.

Went here to have my passport application done at the library. Lots of parking spaces. Went here on a Tuesday so I don't know how it's like coming here on a weekend. Would love to come visit again and just take a walk, enjoy the place if I'm up to driving here again one of these days.

Had the worst experience with the Santa pictures at this mall. It was 640 and the lady basically kicked us out saying she was tired that they had to go home . She give a ticket to a lady behind us but not to us . She said she was the manager very rude lady and lazy then the photographer started yelling at my dad (86 years old ) telling him why we waited until today they been there since November . Those 2 need to go !! They have no patience and it’s supposed to be magical for kids and this experience was not !!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This used to be my favorite mall. Not anymore, on my last few visits I was surprised by the influx of teens skateboarding, throwing football and genuinely acting hormonal. For the most part I guarantee you that they aren't buying anything, just causing customers to avoid the mall. These teens are dressed with baggy clothes, walk in groups and throw gang signs. I wonder where is the security when you need them.

Great shopping mall. I take the family here often. Great place for my kids to get a haircut. They have Barnes and Noble and some great spots to eat at.

Went to see Dominion, today Saturday, had a terrible experience some pre-teenager with no manners kept kicking my seat and my son's seat asked them a nicely as could to stop, went to tell leadership and was no help at all, made me feel even worse for speaking bout it. Offered me a sole re admit ticket. What am I going to a movie alone? Do not want to go back to this theater. Attend at your own risk, with leadership or staff like this. Instead of enjoy our family outing, it back fired. Do not go to the theater that often since covid now I remember why now, but my kiddos want to it on big screen hope they enjoyed more then I did.

Always full on the weekends but very nice service medium to high food price, cost is kind of high but it's probably the only high end place to eat in that area

Otay ranch high School teachers should talk about racism and releated topics to students. Some students yelling and shouting about N word and Asian hates in Otay ranch shopping place. White BMW start license with number 8, three guys one with curved hair.

LOVE this center! At night, the walkways are lit up with lamps and stringed lights...! It reminds me of the 3rd Street Promenade in Orange County. And, The Cheesecake Factory in this shopping center is hard to beat for a celebratory dinner!!

I always enjoy visiting this mall. Has all the standard types of stores you would expect to see at a mall. Including clothes stores, a book store, and electronics stores. The mall has a movie theater and fitness options as well. There are also several options for fast food, as well as several options for dine-in restaurants. A great mall if you are looking to shop or even just walk through.

Very nice new shopping center, we had a lil trouble finding what we were lookin for but that’s only because it’s a new shopping center and our first time there, an older couple even drove up next to us asking for The Spaghetti Factory and we had just drove past it so despite being new we were able to direct them in the right direction. There is a lot of construction going on around this shopping center so it looks to be expanding so excited to see what’s new to come and cant wait to visit here again!

Otay Ranch Town Center is a fantastic shopping mall that offers a wide range of stores, dining options, and entertainment experiences. The mall has a modern and inviting atmosphere, with a great selection of popular retailers and boutique shops to cater to every taste and style. Glad that I drove all the way down from northern parts of San Diego. It was well worth the visit!

1st time customer. Very nice store. Neat and organized. Customer service was excellent. Instructions given over the phone to find Zumeiz store was spot on. Large warehouse selection for every skateboard enthusiasts. My son was able to find items of Thrasher apparel exactly to his liking and taste. Can find some good deals on sale. Social distancing and other protocols are encouraged and enforced. Located in the heart of the Otay Ranch mall. Parking close to the store is limited, be prepared to walk a few distance from where you wish to be. I look forward to patronizing store again 👌.

Otay ranch. It's nice clean. I used to live in the area. My sister still does. My family misses it. But we're moving back. The whole area is nice, clean, lots of shops, restaurants, eateries, tons of things to do and the mall which is dog friendly

Peaceful, minimal people (great to purchase what you need and go without long lines and chaos like other malls. However, the fact that it is Otay Ranch, Eastlake area. I would assume they would bring/open high-end/designer stores to Otay Ranch as they are needed in the area.

Review for Full Belly BBQ@ Otay Ranch Town Center Farmers Market. Full barbecue service menu. Brisket is very tender and doesn't require a knife. Lightly seasoned. (4.0 🌟). Potato salad (3.0 🌟), Barbecue beans (2.0). Excellent service and family owned. I would likely try other dishes despite the range of stars.

Excellent place to come with family and spend a few hours shopping. I was here during the Cruise for the Cause charity car show for the Emilio Narez Foundation and it was absolutely amazing. The entire parking lot had been transformed into a car show, live music, vendors, a blood drive. What a gracious event to support!

This is a great mall. Not a lot of stores, but it's a pretty environment. I enjoy relaxing outside people watching and drinking a soda while my wife goes shopping.

The place i used to love, however it is incredibly hard to find certain stores now around this out door mall. 5 stars for the scenery and for the young man cleaning. He pointed out to me where party city was.

Love this mall. So many foodie choices. Safe access for handicap. If you need a quick travel covid test or any other rapid test the Covid Clinic is on site in the parking lot.

I always like coming here to this mall. I like that its outdoors, spaced out, yet parking is good and they're also pet friendly. So yeah, good place to shop.

This shopping center is growing !! It has more stores and places to eat (I still miss my Hometown Buffet 😢). No hazel finding parking, and bus stops are conveniently close with buses running until late 👍.. also has movie theaters, a Walmart and a Vons (close until late hours). Very complete.

This place has everything you could imagine! I do mean everything! Library, police station, stores every where you look. Only thing they need now is a Costco! This place would be epic if they had a Costco! Imagine that. Cheesecake factory makes it even better too. Love coming to this place. Sucks its by toll road or a 39 minute back road drive. But still so awesome.

Most of the original shops have closed. Macy has a very limited selection of items. The DSW is well stocked. The mall was fairly empty for a Saturday afternoon.
