This is one of the very small numbers of malls left that still have a full selection of stores & food spots. Most malls now are empty & have nothing worth going there for. Plaza bonita still has restaurants & cafeteria area AMC movie theatre, a VR playground spot, and a gym! This Plaza is still good & thriving. It's fun to even just walk around To hang out.

It's a mall. Food court is lacking. Stores are getting better. Before some of the new upgrades, the place was a ghost town. It needs a bar and place to play legite videos games and pinball.

This is a really pretty place. The people were friendly.

Pretty cool experience, good prices, I like that it is a covered mall in case it rains. There is a great variety of stores and the food court has plenty of options to choose from. Definetely like walking through here and get a little of exercise window shopping.

Always have a good time visiting this mall. They have a good variety of shops. There is also a food court as well as several options to dine-in. They have a movie theater located here as well. One thing that is different about this mall compared to a lot of other malls in the San Diego area is that it is indoors. Which can be nice if the weather isn't that great.

This mall was one nice big two-story Mall that has all the stores that you need. Not only that this store or should I say this mall is very clean. Nice spacious with a great food court. Located down towards the southern part of San Diego this Mall has some of the kindness workers here. Lot of them like to joke around too. So if you ever in San Diego and you need a quick place to stop to find some nice outfits for whatever the occasion head over here to the Westfield Mall located in the Bonita area.

Such a great mall to visit. Love how it is indoors. I really like coming here just to window shop, watch a movie, grab a bite to eat, or even to treat myself with something. It's a nice and big mall with a lot of stores you can check out. I have never experienced any sort of problems with this place. Everybody seems to be very friendly and I appreciate that a lot. It's always a pleasure to come to this mall. I always have a great time here at Plaza Bonita.

It is a nice mall for all your shopping needs. I have not been there since covid, but my boys and i had a very pleasant visit there, we were there browsing, we did some shopping and had lunch there as well... we noticed that they will be opening a bowling alley soon... i highly recommend you visit soon.

I haven't been here in years so it was refreshing to see all of the new shops that are open, it looks like there's a lot of choices for different styles and interests. The mall was clean and I look forward to returning in the future!

This store is so cute the clothes is very cute and affordable the only thing is the employees are so snobby. I’ve refused to buy from here because the employees just look at you as though you’re bothering their peace by entering? A shame bc the clothes is very cute!!! Just super uncomfortable to look through because the employees are staring and then when you’re checking out they’re having their own very personal side conversations I’d just suggest maybe working on that lol.

I didn't check out the mall — I only went to Target. Their Target is kind of empty, honestly, and there aren't as many things as other Targets I've been to have had. A lot of the shelves were empty, and there were a lot of rude mothers shopping & walking uncomfortably fast, for some reason... They did have the eye drops I was hoping to find, though, so that's a huge plus for me.

I enjoy doing my shopping at the plaza bonita Mall. My daughter loves the play pen area, it's so much fun for the kids on the weekends 🥰, she wanted to be there all day...

So dirty, so sad, the only people that are hired to clean up are not wanted in this country, yet other immigrants won’t take the job, they’re too sofisticado to clean up after anyone. I can’t even find a broom or towels to wipe anything up.

Plaza Bonita Mall looked like a ghost town today 7/16/20. Very eerie, gave me the chills. Only two or three eateries open in the food court area. Rest of area to other stores is roped off, don't think clothing stores are open. Only saw two customers inside. A few people outside dining area. Stay safe!! 😷

Visited Target a little after 9 a.m. You have a choice of parking spots! Great time to shop as you can still count the number of customers. No lines at all!

Plaza Bonita is a long standing family favorite. Lots of shopping, and food options! This mall has the best food court in all of San Diego County. The crows fly in some nights and it is spectacular! Theater, anchor stores, fun for kids . . . It's all here.

Came out to support the homie at Bumpboxx here. He has a little store next to target with all the dope options. He's got the old school beeper style speakers, small boom boxes, to massive. This is a dope little store and worth checking out all his products. I've had my Bumpboxx for 5 years now, it comes with a microphone and bag, it's always a hit at parties, the park, beach, or where ever you are chopping it up.

JOANE in store number 830 is very, VERY unprofessional and has the poorest customer service I have ever experience .. I will never spend a dime in Q fashion. Hopefully management will hirer better works to run their business.. we the buyers are the reason your store is in business.. please do better JOANE..

Nice clean updated mall but sadly about 1/5th of the stores have closed. It makes me sad because its a nice mall. They are definitely lacking the foot traffic they need to decide. The mens bathroom on the lower level is big and always sparkling clean!

It's been a while since I come here but wow... It's really that dead like I walk around the whole mall and it just feel like it's somewhat empty and there isn't much great stores to go but at least it's not that dead than the Chula Vista mall but I dislike the food court there's nothing appealing to me since I'm more into Mediterranean than any others that I'm tired of eating but had some fun yesterday it was ok should've done better for a Halloween event instead just giving out only candies

Every time we go here, there's so many young kids who are violently playing around. Sounded like gun shots when we were there yesterday and we were genuinely afraid to continue walking around. Watch you'd back if you choose to go here.

I'm glad their food court added some well known , appetizing and diverse food kiosks like Tajima Ramen, the Korean corndog, Burros and Fries, Popeyes (coming soon) and along with the old-timers like Charley's Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, Sbarro, Sakura Japanese grilled and bentos. I believe Westfield Plaza Bonita is back on its feet.

This mall has gone through a lot of changes over the years for the better. Some stores have left, but new ones seem to pop up and fill the void. This has always been a clean mall with plenty of parking.

It's a very nice place to not only look around and walk but they have a great food court too! And a nice movie theater

Malls are such a new concept! I see these catching on soon and many many people coming to visit on weekends and weekdays. Such a great idea! Shops all in one place with different items you can visit out in public!! What a perfect alternative to boring online shopping where the shoes and shirts never fit.

Another great mall with tons of store and plenty of parking available there's about 5 stores I love going to in here that have items that I tend to have a hard time finding anywhere else but I can always find it here

Went to target and got some Halloween items, then had some Cinnabon and enjoyed the snack on the tables by movie theater. To end the trip, we wanted to go on the mini train ride, but the kiosk guy closed the stand 30 mins early. As we walked up, we asked him why it was closed so early and he said because no customers ,even though we had a large group and were ready to go on. Very unfortunate because all the kids in our group were so sad. They were looking forward to it and we followed the time that is stated on their sign. They are supposed to close at 9pm, we were at the line at 8:28pm. Such a bummer, and very poor customer service. We will not be supporting this business in the future.

Great mall! We go all the time to use the soft play area. They have a great food court and plenty of decent stores. Only down side is they removed the family lounge and nursing rooms.

Staff at Hot Topic was amazing... Security owns on point keeping a huge group of kids in control they started a fight and security was right there.

Friendly and helpful waiter, even when changed. Food was good, drinks great. Clean and very hygienic.

This place is really nice. It's an indoor mall with lots of stores to shop and things to see. There's also a lot of little fast food restaurants. I always see teenagers here. The locals like it. There's multiple movie theaters and a big Target store under the movie theater. I've been coming to this mall since the 80's and it just gets better with time. Also, there's a mini train that kids and parents can ride and right now a place to take pictures with Santa. 🥰

Lots of different eateries. Fun place to walk around. It gets really busy on the weekends, so you will have to park further from the mall. I recommend parking on the top floor of the parking garage next to Target.

I like this mall, it's definitely been hanging in there, I used to loiter here when I was a young college kid, and now I actually shop. They've tried to keep up with the trends to keep themselves competitive, and they're actually a few stores in here that actually save you money! Plus the barber shop and Target help out a great deal as well.

Very bad customer service. My family and I went.to have lunch here. My kids got the coloring sheet as normal but no crayons. Hostess kept forgetting our drinks. I ordered appetizers and when the appetizers came out we weren't given plates. Our main course came out and we had no silverware to eat our food. I brought this up to the Hostess and she brought us plastic utensils. I look around and saw everyone else with silverware. I asked why we got plastic and her response was " silverware is in the wash". I won't be going here anymore nor recommend this place.

I love going here! I've gone to this mall since I was younger and the food court was always good! There's always a HUGE variety of stores and I even enjoyed just walking around after eating if I don't have a store I'm planning to shop at. A lot of stores have been replaced, some have been established more recently and some have been there in the same spot for like...ever!! lol!! There's the food court, Jewelry stores, a barber shop on the first floor, a target, T-Mobile and At&T phone service stores, lots of clothing stores, various little stands throughout the mall selling cool stuff, there's Jewelry stores, there's a Macy's, a JCPenny, a GameStop, and more!!!! There used to be a John's Incredible Pizza arcade on the first floor......it was shutdown due to covid but I liked going to that place when I was younger too!!!! :DDDD The bathrooms are always clean whenever I go there and the food courts are always clean too!!!! The AMC theatre at this mall is also pretty nice!!! The snacks are yummy and the movie rooms are very spacious! ☺️ The Sip Fresh place here is also very very yummy!!! OK I REALLY LIKE IT I LOVE SIP FRESH LIKE IM NOT KIDDING LIKE OHHHHHHHH I LOVE THE STRAWBERRY MILK ok I'm done AnYwAyS there's a cool candy store too!!!! Road rage incident today in the parking lot. Not fun at all. The store we walk into did not even have access to mall. It was so dirty and disorganized. We had to drive around other side of mall and found the stores I was looking for, sad to see several empty stores. Did not find much.

My son loves riding these animals at the mall, very understanding staff. My son is on the spectrum so has a difficult time understanding time is up. Staff was super sweet and patient with him.

Target was the nastiest store I have EVER BEEN in. There were more clothes on the floor (literally) then was hanging on racks. It literally looked like someone blew up in it. Sad, because their ppl still showing and walking on clothes. When asked one of the employees about it, his response was "I don't own this store" how so sad this is. I will NEVER SHOP IN THIS TARGET EVER AGAIN, And will continue to share this horrible experience... your prices are way to high to represent such poor quality.

I have no issues with the mall. I mostly go to eat food. Friendly, clean. No issues for me. My problem at this mall is the underage crowd. The girls dress very provocatively. It is DISGUSTING to see children dressed like that. I don't think the parents know. This comment has nothing to do with the mall itself. But if they enforced a dress code I wouldn't be mad.

I hate that it's indoor, it's always so stuffy. Target is always messy and packed. The bathrooms are always dirty and stinky. There's so many low quality stores, it makes it ghetto. Even Macy's is ghetto with it's "backstage". It is not my choice of mall. I'd rather shop online.

Wonderful two-story mall with a wide variety of goods, food and entertainment. They even have an indoor soft target range, food court and movie theater! Taking my 92 year old MiL for an putting. Recommended!

Today was a great day to be in the mall. Prices and sales ranged from 25% off up to 70% off. I was able to get some fashionable shoes for a super Foot Locker price.

So on Saturday me and my friends came here and we had the time of our lives . There are so many cool stores, and we are K-pop stans so it's cool that they have a store they we like.

I wish this mall was closer! It's one of the few indoor malls in SD and it's really nice, it's very clean and has stuff you really can't find anywhere else. I love the huge candy store, the several boba tea locations, and the great food court options. The theater here is really nice as well, one of the few AMCs to have a DOLBY cinema.
