The family and I come to College Plaza quite a bit to take advantage of the many restaurants and the dry cleaner. This is a nice area of the Chula Vista city and we very much appreciate the ease to get in and out of the plaza. All the restaurants in this plaza are very nice and we like the wide variety of different food selections. Overall this plaza has a little bit of everything that you could want.

Crowded packing cause it has different stores, dollar tree, barber shop, Jack in the Box, 7eleven, domino's, laundromat, Shell gas station..yap quiet busy shopping center, but it is convenient cause of its location and all the stores available within 😀

The place is full of local family owned and operated establishments.

Nasty place, if management is reading this please clean the place, there is trash everywhere the parking lot is filthy is a disgrace for our community and neighbors around the area.

This shopping center is dirty and not well maintained. The offerings in food are bad, and I would rather drive to another place than to eat here. The options are not too many either.

This shopping center is close to work, and has a variety of businesses. Good food (Chinese/Mexican/Vietnamese, among others). Have been coming here for twenty years :D

Variety of foods and services. Laundry mat. Korean, Chinese, Phillipino foods. Domino's, Seven Eleven, barber, stylist, Mexican food. Karate, insurance. Dollar Tree store, gas station. Jack in the box. Liquor store. A virtual hodge podge of sorts. There is a health food place called Juice Adventure. Mostly juices, but in my opinion, the best tuna sandwich in town. The good: you can probably find something you want or need. The bad: congestion in the parking lot at peak times.

When I forgot my pin number for paying for items this man and store cashier paid for my items! It made me feel sadknowing they wanted to help me. Which they did! But like I'm very grateful for a friendly community

Good selection of restaurants, easy street access. Parking is tight. Good place to grab a quick bite, better if you order from any of the restaurants via phone or online, not much parking to support amount of businesses packed in such a small shopping center.

Restaurants are good. Only problem, parking can be rough, traffic is questionable when people park incorrectly along curb. At least before COVID-19 and starting to notice it again, need to start enforcing the "NO SOUTHWESTERN PARKING". They put up signs, but theres no security guard or anyone that checks that. If they did that, it would ease up parking and traffic during peak times. Trash can be an issue and the sidealk along shops could use a bleach or power washing.
