The McDonald's restaurant is at one corner of this shopping center. That's why I stopped there. Good plain sundaes

Haven't been to this area in awhile,(17 years) until I picked up my father flying in to Tijuana from Jalisco. As a young kid we traveled to Tijuana quite a bit. Stopped at the McDonald's heading back to Los Angeles. I always believed it was to introduce our family members, crossing the border for the first time into the US, something American. Had a little bit of a nostalgic moment. Though it has changed quite a bit. Still remember the exit and McDonald's location. Only this time there wasn't any hush, hush behavior. Lol

This shopping mall has a little bit of everything. My Goddaughter wanted Boba and I wanted a smoothie. Lucky for her they have a Boba place next to Teresitas.

Right her you can find a McDonald's, a KFC a ice cream place and a little caesars too. So you can pick and choose war you want to eat.

The Chamango was bomb. The service was slow and the chicken burrito left something to be desired, super dry and almost flavorless. I asked if it were like pollo asado and was told "kinda". Although it was chicken breast and pretty big, I wouldn't eat there again. Also it could use powerwashing.

Where a tree once stood is now big pothole combined with the rain and poor lighting I drove into this hole, sustained minor damage to my front wheel but was able to get out. This photo depicts the lady who followed right behind me and got stuck due to the low clearance of her vehicle. This is just plain negligence... tree dies or is broken by a vehicle and they can't put orange cones or a safety net to alert drivers?

This shopping center is always full of people who cannot drive correctly. There is always cars parked overnight that should not be there, but since there are no parking signs people just park and leave their vehicles there or sleep inside their vehicles. I go to this shopping center weekly, whoever's in charge of this place need's to do something about it. It's a ridiculous shopping center, it's an accident waiting to happen.

Still congested with people who can't drive

Always really fast and their treats are so good! Downside is that they charge extra for every little thing. But it is worth it imo. The drinks and treats tho, not the actual food. The sandwiches are pretty bad but everything else is amazing.

It has some good places in there.

They got a little of everything here from pizza, fresh fruit drinks, to some of the best Chinese food in town.

This little shopping center has my favorite Chinese food called Golden House. If your in the area you need to go.

Love their veggie tortas with Chipotle sauce. Chamangos are good too.

This place is much more busy than back in the day. Always hard to get out due to traffic and McDonalds has cones placed so as not to interfere with the drive thru lane. But hey. More traffic means more business and really, thats what its all about, right? So I guess this lil shopping center is doing good. Damned good!

Nice shopping center you can get gas a hamburger a pizza or chinese even fried chicken.

This center is small but has bang for your buck! There is gas, McDonald's, KFC, Yoga, Chinese food, Golden House is my favorite. TMOBILE a fruteria that also serves sandwiches. There is even a Bank of America ATM. A liquor store and many more. Parking is tight so be prepared. Also is right next to freeway and across the from large park.

Went to t-mobile to replace a phone. Friendly employees with decent wait times. Way better than other location in imperial beach. Way too long wait times. I live in imperial beach and I always come to this location instead.
