My family and I love Olive Garden but this one really takes the cake. This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. My family has experienced it all. From taking 40 minutes to take our order for my son's birthday or taking 30 minutes to bring us the bread sticks on my wife's birthday. Or telling us that bread sticks are brought upon request. Not offering us cheese on our meals or if you would like a refill on your soup You could ask to speak to the manager but the last time this happened (on our son's birthday) the manager did nothing to improve things let alone seem to care. (The manager today, Derek did care) Trying to get a glass of water or another beverage is like a going on a epic quest, which is most likely going to result in the quest being forsaken out of frustration. We asked for a glass of water twice. Our soup and our meals arrived at the same time. Very disappointed ☹️ VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK.

Came for my mom's birthday. I've been to olive garden for countless times. It's a great choice for anything from a special occasion to a casual lunch. The menu has alot of pasta dishes, they have spaghetti, lasagna fettuccini alfredo etc to name a few. If you come you have to try the unlimited salad and breadsticks. The breadsticks are made fresh and the salad is very well balanced. The staff at this location were great. Very attentive which I appreciated. I told them it was my moms birthday and they brought her a complimentary dessert that was so adorably plated. I would say ON AVERAGE lunch price is $12-$15 a portion and dinner portion is around $20-22 but the portions for dinner are very fair. I find it to be a great price for the quality food and the nice atmosphere.

My wife and I haven't been to Olive Garden since the pandemic. We had the best experience this evening. Our server Evelyn was very pleasant. Always comes around to see if we need anything unlike most servers who disappear and have to flag down all the time. Jonathan the manager was also very pleasant. Really nice guy to talk to. Olive Garden is such a joy to eat at. Delicious food and great hospitality. Bravo!

Olive Garden is generally a 5 star restaurant. Fine Italian dining. A relaxing atmosphere with light music. There is a mobile e-pad on the table to order, play games and pay the check. Very convenient

Wow, I'm not usually impressed with food service in the Valley, but I was very impressed here. No wait time considerate of seniors I was traveling with, food was delicious with little wait! The management here has good leadership and the staff is on point!

Brought my sister here for Mother's Day lunch. Haven't been at this location in years but from what I remember, this was one of the top O.Gardens in the country. Got there right when it opened. Servers welcomed us as we walked in and we were quickly seated. Our server was attentive, friendly and personable. Food was tasty and wished we made room for dessert!

The thing about Olive Garden is it’s the best kind of predictable. You know what you’re gonna get and you know it’s gonna taste like some prime time satisfaction. Last week I had chicken and gnocchi soup, chicken parm, a big coors lite (draft cause I’m a classy boy) and enough breadsticks to make a monkey jealous. My server was a champion and I was happy to give a 30% tip 💰

Always nice to return to the Garden. The Alfredo is the best I've had. Except this time there was a musty smell on the carpet in the dining room.

horrible experience. not even acknowledged by the server. did not ask how things were. no drinks. not even the mint chocolates they give away when you get the receipt. Give me the uniform. trust me I can do a better job at grabbing a simple plate and placing it at someone's table.

I have been to The Olive Garden before, but this time I ordered take out. When I arrived for pick up, I had an extra item that was not in the original online order, so instead of using the link for curbside pickup I called the number on the text they sent. I was put on hold to wait for the right person to take my extra item order, but I was in a hurry and after 7 minutes of waiting, I decided to go inside. The gentlemen at the takeout desk were in the process of packing my order and they were able to get the extra item for me with no problem at all. Overall a good experience.

As I took my family to eat here. It was the worst experience ever. I order the endless soup and salad but only had one of each and waited for an hour for another soup. The food came out cold and the waiter still don't get our order right we were still missing food we never got our refills. We paid a lot for a bad experience here. They made us sit in the far back room. And forgotten about.

Food was decent. I would say I enjoyed everything except the pasta. I think the pasta was overdone and the sauce did not taste homemade which left me feeling like I ate pasta from a can. The soup was great, appetizers were great as well and the restaurant atmosphere is very family friendly. I would visit again but not order pasta which is a bummer to say about a restaurant that promotes their pasta.

Olive Garden is widely known for its delicious Italian-American cuisine. It’s always crowded, so it’s best to reserve a table online to reduce waiting time when you arrive. The food is tasty, and the waitstaff who serve you are always excellent with their recommendations. They have bilingual staff in Spanish, and the customer service is exceptional. I appreciate that if you indicate you’re celebrating a birthday, they give you a complimentary slice of cake. The atmosphere is very friendly, with no discrimination or racism

Loveeee this place,I’ve been here dozens of times, best pasta ever, I’ve tried many plates here, I do have to say it’s extremely tasty here, the flavors really melt in your mouth, love the fettuccine and something you really have to try is the stuffed zitti fritta, that’s one of my favorite appetizers, its flavor just really melts in your mouth. And the people who serve you are really friendly there.

My server was fantastic. Food wasn't that great. I kept asking to get fresh bread sticks. First 2 orders of bread sticks were hard to chew. Third one much better. My pasta was dry. I was not going to write a review. But once I went to the bathroom. The sinks were so fifty. You can tell that no one has use a sponge to scratch the dirt on the sink. They suppose to be white. I think this would be the last time I come to this location. Which actually was my first time coming here. Olive garden was a great place to eat.but for the past years they seem failing.

The food was decent but the service was poor. The hostess didn't greet us and walked through the restaurant very fast, as disable people, we had a hard time keeping up with her. It wan't until we got there that she said word one to us, which was "your server will be with you shortly", and then walked away. The server was nice but not attentive. We had soup and sauce bowls building up in our table, stacked and she didn't take a single thing away the entire time. When id go to look for her she was always nowhere to be seen. Then when she had to manually enter my e gift card, she acted put out. I will not be recommending this location any time soon.

Didn’t get a chance to take photos because I was so hungry. But Ohmygosh everything was delicious. The bread sticks, the soup, the chicken Parmigiana was amazing. The server was so nice. Definitely will come here again. It’s better than the Cheesecake Factory restaurant.

I was picking up meal at curbside for a friend. Call the number for curbside and the person hung up the phone. I called back and same thing. I went inside and the lobby was noisy. I asked the male why was he repeatedly hanging up the phone - he replied that he could not hear me. If you are in an area that has extremely loud noise why would you be trying to answer the phone. He was the manager. Can only imagine what trading that staff is receiving. Smh Don’t answer the phone if you are in an area where you can’t hear the person calling!!!!

First time coming here in years, disappointed with the food quality. The gnocchi soup was 90% broth and I only had 3 pieces of gnocchi. The bread sticks were hard and flavorless. The shrimp scampi was ok. I did pick up which they had in a timely manner and the servers were kind and informative. But I probably wont be back, the prices have gone up significantly since last visited but the quality just isn't there.

Be prepared to wait a while to be seated. Even though online they supposedly have no wait in 25 min I went from #14 to #12. Not gonna be seated in the 30 min window they gave me. I could have cooked a pasta dinner in the time it took to get seated. Food and portions are adequate at best. Service is lackluster could be alot better. If you really want olive garden make the drive to a different one. Trust me.

A little bit of a wait to be seated but of course that's expected with such great food & reasonable pricing. Service was top notch! Wish I could remember our servers name. She's the one with the pretty, long eyelashes. Think she needs a raise. Will definately make this the Olive Garden I go to on a regular.
