The first photo is what is advertised and the second is what you get. I ordered it without the black beans but apparently i shouldn't have because the lack of protein is evident. $11.49 before tax but after is $16.62 for 5 shrimp in a strongly sauced dish, the server was nice but the food was abysmal at best. Highly disappointed.

A small water bottle is $2.99! The beans only taste like pepper and watered down too. The only flavor to the Verde tacos is the one piece of cheese you randomly come across in each one. I like the idea of healthier, but not the idea of a rip off.

Part of my order was wrong, I ordered the 2 chicken taco plate and received a 2 fish taco plate, usually I wouldn't have minded but the batter for the fish tacos had way too much seasoning on it, all I could taste was oregano, no fish. This location used to be good, but the last time I came here was prior to covid.

It was so bad I called their customer service department to complain and of course nobody ever did anything nobody called me back nobody offered to refund my money I don't know that I will ever go to Rubio's again and it used to be one of my favorites UPDATE - Rubios contacted me and asked me to fill out a survey and said someone would contact me AND they never have - where is Ralph Rubio when you need him - it makes it even worse when they ask you about your experience and you take the time to complete the questions honestly and it probably goes in a garbage can! All I want is my $24 back that I paid for a lousy lunch - DONT GO HERE EVER

The cashier was friendly and helpful. I ordered the classic shrimp burrito plate that comes with beans, chips, and a drink. Food tastes delicious, although burrito could use a few more shrimps. Great variety of drinks and restroom is very clean. Prices are a little above average, be prepared to spend over $10- $11 each for lunch.

Fresh food, sometimes portions are small or food is burned. I like Rubio's because of the more healthy option that they have, such as the salmon bowl. The salsa is pretty good. The employees are nice. The atmosphere perfectly matches the theme of the food. And the food is fresh, easy, and delicious!

I like Rubios a lot but lately is been so hard to eat there, tonight got the gourmet tacos and the onions a cilantros were already bad in side the tacos and on the side cups, like 2 weeks ago the salsa in the cups was bubbling, and like a month ago the side of red rice was burned!!! I have mentioned to the employees working at the time but it keeps happening so maybe I just need to find a new restaurant!!!

Busy during lunch hours. False advertising. Ad on door and wall menu shows $2.25 for the original fish taco, for Taco Tuesday. I was charged $2.50 each. There's way too much batter on fish compared to other locations. I ordered 3 tacos. 2 had more batter than fish. First bite was all batter. Venue was cleaned and organized. Plenty of parking.
